I’m not a smoker, but why is it that Marijuana is illegal? Cigarettes are full of harmful chemicals that are proven to cause cancer and can kill you, yet they are still legal. Normally the defense I hear is that Marijuana contains more tar than cigarettes, even if that’s true does it really matter when a person smokes a pack a day? I also heard that Marijuana seeds are healthy for you. Sorry to be such a noob, but I figured maybe some smokers could answer this.

I don’t smoke but from what I understand, marijuana is the kudzu of drugs. Also, it is psychologically addictive but not physically addictive AKA it is addictive in the same way gambling/winning at stuff is (you get used to the dopamine and you want more and eventually the behavior becomes habit forming as you want the dopamine) not like heroin/nicotine/alcohol (your body needs the substance to get dopamine. without the substance, no dopamine/pleasure). I would not advise anyone to smoke anything as smoking shit will eventually kill you.
