By doing that, wouldn’t you actually tone down the absinthe, making it easier to deal with?
Is it me or do you make a post either here or on the Discord saying you’re wasted every day?
No worries. I do not drink.
I have a drink every night and I am quite weak to alcohol.
That probably makes me an alcoholic, but it helps me deal with work stress and I rarely have more than one drink per day.
I body Antique, works better than drink

Ever play the mirror match and have some of your own tactics or gimmicks suddenly used against you? This happened to me(sorry, I don’t know how to post a GIF).

I got sick of getting no crap damage from EX DP when dealing with Akuma’s air fireball. Plus all they need to do is back roll and the situation is reset. So when I finally realized that EX demon flip is fireball invincible I started to use that whenever I felt I could. Problem is that finishing with palm or the slide is very inconsistent. The only consistent thing is EX tatsu which doesn’t give you oki, but it gives you the best damage.
I’ll take it though since Akuma is low health. I used it repeatedly against this guy and low and behold I was shocked when he suddenly did it against me. The thing is he’s the typical “I only AA with B+HP” Akuma’s so I didn’t even think he had it in him to do a motion under pressure lol.
I always find that interesting about the mirror match though. Noticing that your opponent has a nice gimmick or tactic and then turning the tables on them. I use to play this Evil Ryu a ton back in USF4 and I was a very gimmicky player while he played more solid. After so many long sets, he turned my own gimmicks on me and I didn’t know how to deal with them.
What is the purpose of using DP over B+hp? B+hp juggles for more damage and almost every online Akuma does this. But then I watch Tokido and Sako and they pretty much only use DP for AA.
One is invincible and one isn’t. I assume that’s why.

no
i do hate when my b+hp trades, but that oki after the palm is too much to give up.
quit fucking jumping on me and stop pressing buttons on your wu.

By all means, never mix tequila and absinthe.
No worries. I do not drink.
Whiskey is great. By that I mean, whiskey from Scotland (usually can’t go wrong with anything from Highlands or Speyside region). Japan can make a decent whiskey too.
The only American whiskey I’ve really enjoyed is JD single barrel, which was pleasantly shocking since their regular stuff is bad.

Then you say Whisky. Not Whiskey. Look on the bottles. No E? Probably Scottish and much more manly. Although I don’t mind some of the Japanese bottles. Irish whiskey blows. I’m a big fan of American Bourbons though, probably my weapon of choice if I’m just in it to get smashed and play SF5 all night.

B+HP is rewarding but always looked like a really slow AA to me. But now I’ve just checked it and the thing is 6f startup… why does Akuma have all the nice things.
Now I see why Yorkey wants Yun back. He was fucking busted in 3S, I do not look forward to fighting that!!!
Smerf zeku is only at gold.

Yeah I think I’ve been corrected for this grievous spelling mistake by a Scotsman before, thinking about it. Of course this one comment would bring you running to the thread 10 minutes after posting it.
