Everyone loves Ryu for no goddamn reason other than he’s just stamped as the series mascot. His entire story line is that sometimes he gets pretty angry but decides not to be a big asshole and then his shithead adopted uncle shows up to tell him how good being an asshole feels and that they should fight. After he’s been told by Ryu that he doesn’t want to be an asshole but they can still fight he just sort of yells at him and then leaves; wash, rinse, repeat for 20 fucking years.
He has the personality of a blank wall. Nash, a corpse brought back from the dead has as much personality as Ryu does.
I remember doin Raiden’s superman by tapping back twice on the hardcore sticks MK2 cabinets had back in the day… that said, my stick doesn’t do that. Sounds like you’ve got a bad spring with that and the noises you mentioned earlier.
Hmm, HAPP sticks have a habit of doing this, but most of the asian sticks don’t.
Maybe it’s too loose or too tight (if it’s new, play it for a while. If it’s old, see if you can fasten it)
I feel a true unbridled rage swell within me when people say TLJ was actually a good movie.
Did it have good ideas? Yes it did. But it executed them so poorly I can’t believe that shit has 93 on rotten tomatoes.
I honestly feel like if you liked the movie you just have terrible taste in film and art. But then again I can’t really expect much coming from a Smash and Pony lover
I watched the first Star Wars reboot and to me it was just a recycled plot that added new characters that came across as bland. Lead role has quite literally nothing interesting about her and it’s not due to inability to act it’s just poor writing.
I understand people love Star Wars but it could have happily ended after the first 3 tbh, the story didn’t need expansion.
This is where it ended and it was done properly. The newest movies are average at best and pretty much an excuse to milk the fans for more of their money.
The 9 fireballs thing was to put it in perspective of Juri’s VT, which is similar, but is 3 bars and she only gets to go 7 times at best. Yeah it burns in an instant if you thrown em all out but so does Juri’s.
A pro-active VT that lets you force a situation is pretty much always going to be better than a reactive one. I don’t think anyone thought much about Balrog’s VT at the time, as we wrote the v-skill cancel as fake as shit, easy to counter, etc. And now it’s the most hated VT. Juri’s VT is also considered “trash” and nobody should be getting hit by it, yet it still happens. I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss the strength of his VT1 is all I’m saying.
