Sakura, Karin, Cammy are in one age bracket. These girls are in their early 20s in SF5, and were introduced at the ages of 14-15 in the Alpha era (which took place 3-4 years before SF2, 4-5 years before SF4, and 6-7 years before SF5).
Ibuki, Makoto, Elena are in another. These girls were probably 14-15 in SF4, 16-17 in SF5 and 17-18 in SF3.
Menat seems to be part of the younger generation with Ibuki and the rest rather than the older waifu generation.
Laura is much older and is likely in her late 20s with Juri.

Which brings me to another question. How many years are between SF4, SFV and SF3?
Most games take place over 12-24 months. SF3 is a 2 year affair for example. SF4 takes place over a year give or take 3 months. SF5’s general story (ASF) takes place over a few days, but when you put it into the context of all the character stories, SF5’s story takes place over 18 months to 2 years.
The timeline of the series takes place over the course of 10 years from SF1 to SF3:3S. So it averages at around 2 years between each game, with the longest time between games being Alpha to SF2 and SF4 to SF5 (ASF). The shortest being SF2 to SF4 and SF1 to SFA which are less than a year apart (6 months would be a solid guess).
SF3:NG likely takes place 4-6 months after the end of ASF unless Capcom retcon something.
Give or take 6 months here or there, this is what SF’s sliding timeline most likely looks like today.
