Sakura, Karin, Ibuki, Makoto and Ibuki are all in the same age bracket
IIRC Elena first meets Sakura in SF4
and her and Akuma go on a Beach date…that’s my boi
so I’m going to assume they all click up by the SFIII timeline because by then Elena is in Japan w/ Sakura and the rest of the gang
I’d say Ibuki plus the crew are around 18-19 in SF4
20s in SF5
and mid 20s in SFIII
Too lazy to do my googles but I take a guess that when Sakura was 16ish in Alpha…Ibuki was probably around 14-16 also being trained and stuff
Ibuki was definitely a high schooler throughout SFIII along with Elena, as they were both shown in high school uniforms and such.
My advice would be, don’t think about the timeline and ages and all that. Capcom clearly isn’t.
