Ffs, as much I go to other places, none are as special as SRK. And I cant stand the Discord and Reddit formats, I like my organized SRK. Plus a lot of the other places are filled with trolls, at least SRK seems to contribute with important stuff, especially the story thread. Really disappointed
They did this but it was done in such a dumb shit manner that we had to use adblock just to browse normally.
Edit: Oh and then mentioning adblock in the forums was made a bannable offense. 
but they could give it to the community without to actually be involved anymore. thats possible…

I don’t buy the reasoning behind this, and the fact that they didn’t know about moving the data with vanilla means they’ve probably not actually done much thinking about this.
Anyways, this is actually a shame. The forums aren’t at their 2010-2011 peak for sure, but this thread alone gets 500 pages of posts alone per month.

There’s too much social media and discord out there at this point to bother. If the first announcement they can make is that they are done, then I don’t plan to force the issue for something they are closing efforts for. Been here too long to hear it’s over as the first thing. If it’s over then it’s over for me. I’ve been here long enough for it to have to end if that’s what they want.
