Damn just got the news about the forums going down.
This news really makes me sad. I have been a lurker on this forum since i was in elementary school and even read old topics for older games from years ago because this site makes it pretty convenient to do so, It’s a real shame to hear this site is going down so soon it makes it feel like those in charge don’t even care. I also question what will become of SRK the content producing is severely lacking without the forums the homepage will die it is not sustainable ad forums should not be expensive to host at all. To make this choice before the releases of Street Fighter V Arcade Edition, Dragon Ball FighterZ is a massive mistake an SRK Reddit, I can’t see dragging people away from the established Reddit communities but I wish us forum goers the best.
I was planning on getting really hardcore with the release of AE as a young fighting game player who just got back into the swing of things. Gonna miss all of you guys, I feel like I was just getting to know some of you after lurking for so long. I will follow you guys to Discord, Reddit or whatever but it won’t be the same this is the best forum format all those formats are step backs IMO.
