Still not THAT much of a problem because it’s Fang, but V Skill being an actual hit box in trigger means he can truly lock up the screen to give you another problem if you’re already poisoned. Fang being able to lock up more of the screen is good.
They already added a generic nerf to all VTC combos so they’re just hoping your happy that less damage happens when you get hit bopped in the face by a VTC. VTC plus on block unga is the meta.
We’re also streaming an entire path of Arcade Mode along with showing off Sakura and more V-Trigger IIs on January 9 at 3pm PT on the Capcom Unity Twitch channel!
This might be worth watching. If we get a real player on it, that is. I still remember the last one.
A buff? It looks like a nerf to me. If you cancel into VT at any point during the combo it will scale harder. Unless they only mean VTs that actually hit.
Also the command grab recovery on whiff will be around 60 and not 70 frames as previously announced. Most characters should be able to do backdash > fwd dash > heavy punish but only a few ones might be able to punish after a backjump.
I don’t think it will change much after all, since anyone above Silver was already able to punish whiffed command grabs.
We had people who had little to no responses on the warranties from the TES+ in the past after shipping it to their HQ. Maybe the parts were used to help recycle for their new parts in “Hong Kong.”
" According to a report from Cnet, the new Mad Catz is made up of former employees who worked at the company’s Chinese factories. “They saw an opportunity to keep doing what they’d already been doing – but now they’ll be working for themselves,” Cnet reported. "
I will 100% buy arcade sticks to support the Chinese proletarians seizing the means of production!
Surely that can’t be right? That would give him actual 10-0 matchups against some characters that have difficulties getting around fireballs. He could do V-skill and cover the upper half of the screen with the high Nishikyu. It would make it impossible for someone like Gief to advance, as the pushback of both would be more than he can inch forward. If V-skill has a hitbox, I’m guessing it now counts as a ‘legit’ fireball, and there can’t be more than one on the screen.
