Grand Order is a Videogame, it’s a mobile game to be more precise.
Tsukuhime was one of the earlier things that came from Nasu and it has been buried under Fate Stuff since Stay Night blew Up. Designs are super simple and basically just regular street clothes, Outside of Tohno who runs around in his school clothes all day like a idiot.
Melty Blood is somewhat of a sequel of Tsukuhime, since it takes place after it.
Sion basically comes to the town to find a cure for her Vampirism.
Stuff happens, she gets smacked by Aoko and Arcureid, since they’re both OP in terms of lore.
She finds stuff, does stupid things, becomes the Endboss of the last Version and then gets smacked again, what sends her probably into Under Night.
The one character with different Clothes is probably Akiha, I actually don’t know why Seifuku is a thing, but the other two are her regular and her demon version.
And the Maids are Kohaku and Sisui.
They usually spend their entire day playing Videogames, that is if Kohaku isn’t assembling Robots and hunts Necos.
Don’t ask, the lore of this game is pretty stupid even by Nasu standards.

They’re more dirty than some porn, actually at that time people tried to be the most succesfull by having the most porn in their VNs.
