The SFV Lounge: MUTINY!

Sidenote: UK has a surprisingly active SF4 playerbase. I get matched with Brits quite often in Ranked. French are pretty common too

Oh shit are these the Season 2 patchnotes?

looks like autocombo inputs were adjusted so you can continue doing LLL blockstrings
meter gain on throws is now universal
fireballs apparently got universally nerfed damage-wise
character hurtboxes during blocking got adjusted so I guess blockstrings are more consistent
invincible moves with easy inputs cooldown longer and have 200 less damage

OMG SORIZ BUFFS
WE IN THERE

Rev 2? If so sure.

I’ve actually hoped I read that wrong.
Nerfing my fireballs, like some nowadays SF player.
I want big beefy Button and big beefy projectiles with big beefy AAs.

Oh wait I just have to start BB for that since apparently having this nowadays is a death sin.

Lets see how bad this patch will realy be.

It just says guilty gear Xrd revelator, I don’t know how it works with the rev2 update.
Technically they are the same item on steam, so maybe it’s Rev2 minus Baiken and Answer?

The Upgrade can be bought on Steam.
Rev and Rev2 can be played with each other, you just have to flick a switch in your menu to change the version.
One interesting way to do it I want to say.

DM it to me, I’ll take it.

Done.

Now who wants a copy of Tomb Raider V: Chrnicles?
I don’t have it in my library, and I’d very much like to keep things that way.

Damn fam…I’m 7 hours too late. I’m trying to finish this damned Legend of Heroes trilogy. Finally got to final chapter of the second part. Side note: Can’t see the third chapter matching up to the second.

Looks like Raga buffs too. Damage increases on a lot of his moves and some adjustments to how his projectile works from what I pieced together from google translate.
And more advantage on hit from Soul Forge. IDK I’ll take it

Play Rev with me at some point

Wow. Should I get it then?

ME! Send it over.

Too late.

Aww.

Speaking of which, doing standing and dash up 720 is really easy. Grapplers really do get 5050s even at max low forward range. Brain dead .

If you like classic turn based JRPG’s it’s a super easy recommend. I played the S version though which has some major differences over the standard version which I can honestly say I would have not enjoyed the game as much without.

For example in S you can double the speed of battles. I watched some combat on the PS4 version and to me it looked like everyone was fighting underwater.

I don’t like turn based RPGs, but I make exceptions for some games’ narratives.

Narrative is so-so. It has some impactful moments but it’s not the reason you’d play this game.

Ah, that’s unfortunate.
