What are the “target combos” listed for some of the characters? Why don’t all of them have one?
I’m not certain, but I believe most (if not all) players are experiencing this. I myself had this problem last night. I’ve not read anything on how/if this will be fixed, maybe it’s due to overwhelming popularity. I only played a couple of ranked matches, the first which was laggy, the second which wasn’t.
As the game hits more stores today and throughout the week, I’m sure this issue will get louder around the net, and maybe a solution will be found.
Couple of quick questions as I get started;

I noticed the reversal window is alot bigger than SSF2T, does anyone know just how much bigger?

There has been mention of Ken’s mp > hp chain combo. Silly question, but how is this done? Standing position 1 2?
Thanks for this, and for all of the great links. I’d be lying if I didn’t think I’ll be getting crushed for a while at first, but the answers here are an excellent start toward learning the ropes. As soon as I get my game and stick delivered (and my SE fightstick modded with better parts) I’ll be on PSN looking for some challenges.
How do you unlock challenge mode for training?
I got a simple question. Whats the quickest way to build ex meter? Is it just constantly doing regular moves? Ultras are near impossible to land, but regular supers can be linked so easily.
Hi…new here. I have gotten online with SF4 and beat my buddy down in player mode so far. I am slowly learning combos for Sagat so far. I have the Hori EX2, and I am just working on getting my moves consistent. The tiger uppercut is a tough move for me to repeat back to back right now. Basically I am working on the c.MK to tiger uppercut and then into the tiger kick in the training mode.
Any advice on how to practice better in training mode? I have the level at medium right now. I’m getting there!

Nice one phil you had me cracking up at 3 Am, I had to wake my roomates up to show them.

When people, e.g., are doing Ryu’s EX DP, FADC, Ultra… are they negative edging the Ultra off the FADC?
Ignore that, I worked out the answer.
Just keep attacking, also Saving Attacks and SADC’s build hella meter quickly but be careful if you SADC through an attack, the damage it WOULD’VE done to you slowly refills, so if you get hit in the meantime, you lose a huge chunk of damage. it’s a risk to build meter…
Ok I am sure this has been asked 1000 times, but I cant for the life of me FADC. I know the movements, and I can do it in training, but I cant do it between combos, like I am not fast enough or I dont know… can anyone give some advice how to become good at FADC?Seems like there is no way to really succeed in this game without being able to do this.

I never really understood what an FADC was until I checked out that second video. Everything makes total sense now.
