Yeah that’s been my combo so far. I love it, it’s pretty satisfying. But I wanna figure out how to connect some alternate followups to Emerald Dropkick. Like the launcher after the dropkick or something. Can’t get a hang of it.

I haven’t read through the thread, so I’m sorry if this has been posted already.
Can anyone test out this combo? I tried it out in training mode, and I want to see if it’s viable.
c.L > c.M > c.H > S > j.L > j.L > j.M > j.M > j.H Senton Bomb f.S
EDIT: Ah, disregard this post, then. I just read further into what TAC is, and that’s what I’ve been doing.
I tried doing a TAC cancel from an Ariel Rave Exchange and it does work but re-launch seems impossible. Probably useful to tag in and reset the situation of the match. You can also Emerald Cannon 3 hits DHC into Morrigan Shadow Servant. From there you can do Astral Vision to continue lock down pressure. Morrigan is a pretty good team up. Her rush down is better than Amaterasu. So if you want a more aggressive substitute. With Torpedo assist you can OTG into Darkness Illusion and without meter you can create mix-ups and unblockable situations. I am going to try and make a spread sheet to narrow down She Hulk point based teams. The thread looks good! Full of info Keep up the Good Work SHulk Players!
Good shit bro. Ass drop cancel is too hot.
Has anyone found anything good out of OTG torpedo finish into run cancel? It feels almost fast enough to keep the combo going with :s:. Maybe with XFC?
Speaking of, anyone find any good XFC combos yet? Specifically command grab > XFC > combo, that way you can hit confirm it easily.
So, I posted this on the updates post for the MVC hyper guide, but i figure ill post it here too: If haggar does his Hoodlum Launcher (dp+A, throw launcher) without a follow up, She-Hulk gets an Air Dash to escape it…this is the only time i know of where shulkie gets an airdash, and shes the only character i’ve found that gets this.
not TERRIBLY useful, but REALLY interesting.
Positive it’s not an air tech? Is this specific to She-Hulk or do others get a dash in the situation?
I have also noticed that the moves from her run auto corrects. So say you do :d: [:l::h:] :dp::l: Hold:f: and if the opponent air techs forward in the corner (to avoid Heavy Strike
) then the run crosses under and you can mix them up from there. It also works from mid screen. If they neutral air tech you can run cancel Heavy Strike, call assists, the list goes on and on… but it is probably risky to abuse it.
heres a video i made. its at the bottom of the page.
Marvel vs Capcom 3/She Hulk - Shoryuken Wiki, Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Strategy and More!
what do you guys think about teaming she-hulk up with doom AND dormammu? thinking of using either both of those 2 or one of them along with Tron.
Doom seems to work really well. Which assist do you guys like more for she-hulk, missles or rocks?
She-hulk/Tron/Doom is a legit team. I use Sent instead of Doom, but rocks and drones fulfill the same purpose in helping She-hulk get in.
She-hulk helps Tron and Doom do unblockables with her Torpedo assist. Tron’s j.H and Doom’s j.M after air dashes are both pretty awesome.
Tron’s fire assist is just good in general. Actually, I think you could use any of her assists. The drill assist can pin people down and her boulder is pretty mean for combating projectiles (at least I know her command normal boulder is good, dunno about her assist).
Doom rocks help She-hulk and Tron get in and keep people blocking for some tasty command grabbing.
I don’t think She-hulk and Dorm have that great synergy. Dorm’s assists are iiiight. Dark Hole never seems to be where I want it to be, Purification is meh, and I can’t imagine Liberation being too awesome without having him on point. I could be wrong, though.
Okay, So it seems people online are getting decent as far as dmg. combos and I don’t know if it’s just me but I can land her bnb cr.magic series>ariel rave> torpedo.dropkick easy, 100% but as soon as I go online…whiff whiff whiff, anyone else experiencing the same?
instead I have just been character switching out
i was hitting stuff ok in the limited matches I played, but there will always be that latency. Work on your muscle memory timing imo. The only thing that will suffer online is reacting to an opponent’s tech direction, the timing is pretty tight for her AA grab in some cases.
should I practice with that lag option I tried once but thought it completely stupid…
aka do you have it for psn or xbl if psn we should play some casuals later
I have it for both, I am online sporadically for each(i play more offline), but feel free to send me a message and i will hit you up when i am on.
you probably just haven’t adjusted to the lag. without lag spikes, i can reliably do her bnb’s with no problem.
btw, are you guys wavedashing? it’s been helping me cover a lot of ground quickly when backed by some sort of projectile assist (been using storm’s whirlwind assist). most of the time, people will see me dash in really fast and think i’m going for a low series, but then i’ll just command grab them. i’ll warn you of people who low mash though; they’ll catch you if you’re reckless with wavedashes.
most people don’t realize that shulkie is dangerous close and stay close to me
but the few times I do have someone decent that ranges me I use doom rocks and dash in, I don’t wave dash because by then they already in the air or moving around.
Are you guys using her overhead :f::h: at all? It links into :d::l: so it’s a combo starter. I start using it when people start blocking low expecting the slide or c.:l:.
Also how about flashkick and run mixups? I’m pretty much just using c.:l:, slide, :f::h: and command grab mixups at this point and want to start using some more of her moveset. Any suggestions? Walljump seems useful but I haven’t found a lot of specific ways to set it up, any ideas?
One more thing, I found immediate dash (:atk::atk:) after command :h: grab switches up sides.
I use f+H occasionally and either cancel into a flip kick or link into magic series, I rarely use the run cancel into command throw, though I imagine that will be much later when I am used to advanced shit.
