The Sensational She-Hulk #1: Haters Went Wild

Her f+H will link into her standing M, but the timing is a little stricter than the crouching L.

Also you guys may not be aware of this, but she has a brief loop in X-factor. It works with any level of X-fac, so you don’t have to wait until she’s the last person:

f+H, M, H, f+H, M, H

That’s six hits for 449,000. She might be able to get more hits in, but my dexterity sucks and I’m too lazy to practice it more. Plus it looks the opponent gets pushed too far away. Basically X-factor give her the ability to combo from her standing H (midsection kick) into her overhead.

If anyone could explore this more than would be great. The hardest part for me is avoiding the run transition after her f+H.

Bronze : sounds kinda of like fuertes run stop fierce have to tried to just emergency stop if she does run since it can cancel?

Theory: Xfactor f+H,M, H,F+H+hold forward>emergency stop.M,H …etc ???

Just tried this and it works great.

I was able to go: f+H, M, H, f+H, M, cr.H, S, sj.M, sj.M, sj.H, sj.S, torpedo OTG

This did 1.1 million damage with lvl 3 X-factor

Also Just did
f+H, M, H, f+H, run, torpedo, emerald dream+1, cr.H, S, sj.M, sj.M, sj.H, sj.S, torpedo OTG

For about 1.4-1.5 million damage with lvl 3 X-factor

Thanks for the vids Flash, you execution is always on point. Didn’t see a whole lot of tech resets you always when for OTG torpedo into emerald cannon (i guess you went for them only vs certain characters?)… but it worked a lot for you. Great She Hulk.

Anyone else having an issue getting the aa super after torpedo instead of emerald cannon. I know I’m not doing the dp motion but for some reason the aa super comes out. I’ve been in traing mode and seen L, down, down forward, forward MH and still the aa ultra comes out what am I doing?

I like to use the cr. magic series into catapult. At mid-screen it they decide to tech roll back then I would either air cancel or Senton Bomb. Forward or Neutral tech roll I would use Shooting Star or Drop Kick. It works sometimes if you don’t abuse the tactic because most people are expecting you to launch from your magic series.

yea I just got the game 2 days ago so I’m still woorking on what I should be doing but yea definitely gotta step my she hulk im not technical at all with her lol

idk if anyone has discovered this but c.H can be karad into command throw and it takes up like 1/2 the screen lol

Best XFC lv 3 combo off of :f::h: I found was:

:f::h:,:m:,:h:,:f::h: into run, clothesline, :d::h:,:s:, j.:h::s:,:d::h:, TACc, :d::h,:s:,: j.:m:,:m:,:h:,:s:, OTG torpedo. 1.6 mil no meter, which will 100% anyone and then some. For practical purposes you can just drop the combo after they die.

That Team Aerial Combo cancel from the Senton does the trick for me.

For those who haven’t seen it, try in the corner anything that ends with a launcher (without ground bouncing), then immediately after sj :uf: do sj.:h:, sj.:s: then hold down and mash :h: so the senton comes out. As soon as the first hit hits (OTGs), holding any direction press :s: to do a Team Aerial Combo cancel, which because you’re so low to the ground will not hit but guarantees you’ll be on your feet when they bounce. Then proceed to s.:m:, s.:s:, sj :uf:, sj.:m:, sj.:m:, sj.:h:, sj.:s:, land Runner’s Start, OTG Torpedo, then guess.

If they tech back, :qcf:+:m: or :dp:+:atk::atk:. If they tech forward, I think you can still do :qcf:+:m: for the reset (then just jump over him, dash once, c.:l:, c.:m:, c.:h:, :s: into combo). If you hit :dp:+:atk::atk:, follow it up with s.:m:, c.:h:, s.:s:, sj :uf:, immediately sj.:h:, sj.:s:, Senton Cancel :d:+:h: (1 hit), Team Aerial Combo Cancel (whiff), land, s.:m:, s.:s:, sj :uf:, sj.:m:, sj.:m:, sj.:h:, sj.:s:, land Runner’s Start, OTG Torpedo then guess again.

I took out two opponents just with She Hulk with this, especially since if you’re midscreen and hit her stun throw, you can dash three times and start the combo by c.:l:, c.:m:, c.:h:, :s:, sj. :uf: and the combo will end in the corner.

She-Hulk/Doom/Tron for now.

Anybody else got suggestions for who works well with She-Hulk besides Doom?

I also just found you can cancel OTG torpedo into run~flash kick. Command is Torpedo~:d::d:+:s:~:f:+:h:. It adds about 20k to my staple combo. It also works well for AA super and walljump :m: combos, since Emerald Cannon won’t 2 hit because you used the wallbounce.

It doesn’t give quick resets for back air tech like torpedo alone does, but if they forward tech you have time to go for AA super or try ambiguous walljump crossup stuff.

This is good shit, if we just find a new cancel every day we’ll be doing Sentinel damage in about a week.

that emerald chariot combo is crazy nice, but I’d be amazed to find someone who could hit confirm that off a clothesline. :stuck_out_tongue:

also, I’ve found what I assume to be a nasty reset with doom rocks. I do my current BnB:

c.:l:, c.:m:, c.:h:, :s: j.:h:, :s:, :d: :h: TAC c.:m:, c.:h:, :s:, j.:m:, j.:m:, j.:h:, :s:, torpedo otg, hyper 1, 2 hits. As soon as you land after the second hit (hard to time somewhat as you’re off screen. running start, wall jump H. Right before you hit the ground call doom assist. the catapult H should hit right before the doom rocks. as the character is being combo’d by doom rocks, do a chariot clotheline. this should send the other guy right in front of you if you’ve timed it right, they should air tech right into a AA heavy strike. I assume if they back tech you might be able to get a AA hyper. I’ve only done the AA heavy strike in training mode. I’d love it if soemone else could try this out to see if it’s consistent. It took my quite sometime to get the timing natural for the catapult after the second hit of hyper 1, and then timing the doom rocks, clothesline. it’s about 657,000 without the AA reset.

sometimes the clothesline will cause weird crossups and they’ll end up behind you if you time it weird, and sometimes they might end up very high in the air. the clothesline timing is key in how they end up in the air. Hell, the clothesline might not even be necessary. you could just use the doom rocks or substitute the clothesline for a stand :m:. I need to try this on actual opponents…

edit: I’ve tried it with just doom rocks and :m: but the positioning is much hard, if even possible, I’ll stick with clothesline.

Okay, right now I’m rocking with she-hulk/x-23/doom. I’m really liking this team for it’s ability to get in and cause unblockables with 2 low assist and dooms zoning game.

huh, I’ve got the timing down pretty much perfectly for this. putting the cpu on random air recovery, it just takes some quick eyes and hands to see which way they’re going to go. if they end up high in the air, a AA hyper 2 will catch them, if they end up right above your head, just see which way they tech and do a AA heavy strike.

It’s pretty easy, you have the whole clothesline stun to do the torpedo part, you actually don’t even have to cancel clothesline, the tricky part is the torpedo cancel into j.:m:

IIRC, all of her attacks that are run cancelable are safe when cancelled into run then run is cancelled with :s: correct?

Nice Doom stuff btw, with Sent I’ve been ending in the corner with OTG torpedo~run cancel:s: and call sent drones, which come from the opposite side. Not 100% which way you have to block them since I can’t figure out if there’s a command record feature, but I usually just grab before they hit or hit confirm the drones into c.:h::s:. There’s enough time for them to jump out, but you can AA grab or AA super.
