I wish you guys had played the previous games cause Takeda’s is THE best death animation. =P
And yes I find Tsuruhime cute, AND fun to play.

I completed Manface’s Red Path…she is broken with her RAWKET LAWNCHAIR!
I friggin hate Tsuruhime. Sure, she’s okay when you properly time Infinite Arrows, but she’s definitely lacking in the fun category. Same with Motonari, Kanbei, and Hondam (to a lesser extent).
Finally unlocked him and Motonari is cold blooded. His victory quote “Carry on, it is just a scratch. I will soak the earth with the blood of subordinates.”
Then it pans to a view of like 10 of his soldiers dead on the ground.
Yoshitsugu feels weird to me…like he’s hard to manuever around.
yeah I don’t like him at all, him and mouri are my least favs BY FAR
When playing as Yoshitsugu, I stop thinking that I’m playing Sengoku Basara, and try to imagibne I’m playing Galaxian or something. And everything makes more sense… still hate how he bounces around after being hit only once though.
On the topic of least fave characters to play as, I’d have to say Tsuruhime…lack of firepower and all that emphasis on timing just doesn’t do it for me. Itsuki was cuter too, with the butt sway and all (/pedo)

OMG…I’m having so much fun with Fuuma.
His Shruiken is such a beast.
Launch enemy into the air with Triangle…hold for grab…then throw Shiruiken.
Meanwhile…Motonari is a pain to play as. If I knew how to use his mirrors better, I’d like him more.
Yeah fuuma is so much fun it’s ridiculous. And Motonari is just plain hard to use even when you do “get” him.
I dunno about you guys but…Kotaro is prob. my fav. video game character now @3@

Took on Nobunaga with Oichi last night, thought it would be a good idea to try and go for the “let Nobunaga take all the bases” special reward…nope. Got pwned after the fourth resurrection, even after Nanbu resurrected me.
Going to try again this weekend with a better battle plan. But I do really like Oichi’s skill set, demon arms everywhere! And even demon lasers!
I now kind of regret getting Samurai Warriors 3 after playing Sengoku Basara so much.
Gonna feel weird to me…especially with Johnny Yong Bosch voicing both Yukimuras’.
Started up where I left off, Kanbe’s story. Dude is a refreshing change from the other overpowered, beastly characters I played, yet is still fun as fuck. His normal strings leave him fairly open, so it’s best to find the right times to cancel into his specials (my go-to is his full standing triangle) rather than just mash square.
His first special (the one that’s like a combo of Gief’s two 360 throws :lol:) sucks in that Kanbe’s vulnerable throughout it. Makes it hard to get off when fighting multiple generals like Sasuke & his clones. It damn well bodied Munishige though, his super-armor was no match.
Wow…Tadakatsu was disappointing.
His Heavy mode is the only saving grace.
Finally…going to go after Nobunaga.
I personally enjoyed Tadakatsu…somewhat. I didn’t bother to try Heavy Mode though…
