Keiji has 20% or 30% defense boost, I forget which. Sasuke has one free revive at the permanent cost of his own life.
Keiji has 20% defense when maxed out. It’s real good when combined with the Tiger Hide to cut damage by another 25%. Other than Hanzo, my favorite assist so far would be Matsu. Great taunt assist, great super move, and she constantly feeds you rice balls when maxed out.
So The Last Stand is a random battle then? I was surprised it popped up when playing thru one of Yoshitsugu’s short routes.
See, to me, the main thing is to just give Kanbei his SPD skill (dunno what they call it in the dub). Once you get the basic timing for that skill down, and how to use the two different effects, you really have no reason to fear any one.
From far away, repeated tornado will lock down even the likes of Tadakatsu against a wall/boundary. Get in close, for the actual SPD, and then it’s just a matter of hitting the Square button in time with “flashes” that you see around Kanbei as he flips backward. That describes how I aced Muneshige in a nutshell. It takes awhile, but Muneshige can’t really do anything against wake-up/OTG SPDs. :lol:
I suggest Nanbu (old necromancer ninja guy). Max him out, and the guy will give you a free resurrection no jutsu when you die, but will NOT sacrifice himself to lose his life like Sasuke. And his fireball assist is pretty spiffy too, no less.
You really will want to have Nanbu or Matsu with you when you attempt to fight Boss Nobunaga for the first time. Nobunaga will be guaranteed at least ONE resurrection, and he’ll only get worse the more resurrections you allow him to have. Any thing that will stack the odds in your favor will be a good thing
I was going to ask how to unlock the assists but Tizoc linked to that very useful site. Masamune’s Dragon Eye is amazing. Even if it gets blocked the pushback is so great that I can charge another with ease and it OTGs. In the final battle vs Mistunari I raped with Dragon Eye. Everything I do revolves around setting up for another Dragon Eye.
That’s what I used against BOTH Munesihge and Yoshihiro.
Dragon’s Eye…roll back…repeat.

No one listens to me. 
I just found him to be boring at base level is all. Cleared Yukimura/Ieyasu/Masamune/Kotaro/Mitsunari for now. Currently playing with Keiji to unlock Oichi. I wanted Kojuro in this game but there’s no way he would play like he does in SBX.
How do I access certain parts of a stage blocked off by fences or other stuff?
Like in Kenshin’s stage…there was a fugitive near a rare box that was blocked off by a fence…I spammed Manface’s RAWKET LAWNCHAIR, but he got away.
Is it only accessible by certain characters?
horses break through those fences, there is one near that area after the fugitive shows up.

If I could ask Capcom USA one question about the North American release, it would be this. I mean, it already has a Teen rating, so it’s not like they’d be worried about little kids hearing “Death” and “Hell” in the moves.
Note that I wouldn’t ask them about the J-language track issue because they most likely wouldn’t give a straight answer.

I actually still think War Dance is a much better move. You don’t have any power moves with it but your overall performance is just so much better.
Man, Kotaro is fun as hell.
And are there people out there that actually find characters like Tsuruhime cute? I actually avoided playing her stage during my first few runs through the game because I already knew that she would piss me off, but unfortunately Kotaro’s story mode didn’t give me a choice. I couldn’t play through that bitch’s stage fast enough.

-Magoichi Gear Solid
-Anytime Ieyasu attacks anything, ‘THERE’S NO HOTDOGS?!’ ‘I’M NOT A CHICKENWUSS!’ because Ieyasu has Zell-hair and he punches people.
-Mitsunari rides the Icening, because he’s Iori and Jin’s gay cousin.
-Hide yo wife, hide yo kids, because Tadakatsu’s gonna rape them. He’s a fucking gundam.
-Mitsunari to Ieyasu: ‘WHAT’S GOOD, CHICKENWUSS? RIDE THE ICENING.’
-‘Badger, badger, badger, badger, KANBEI, KANBEI.’
-Yoshitsugu is Emporer Palpatine to Mitsunari’s Vader. And it works so well.
-Motonari is a rejected Final Fantasy character.
-Yukimura is a Samurai Pizza Cat who works at Afflac by day and cosplays Sol Badguy by night. He works at Afflac because he runs like a duck. xD
-Munishige is a bi-curious samurai lumber jack
-Sorin is a one piece character that lost his way.
-Hideaki is a snorlax with downs.
-Myspace ruined Keiji’s life.
1/2 the character there look like they got passed over for Final Fantasy 9…:sleep:
