I don’t really play this game much these days- STHD killed it dead for me, and SF4/98UM/Tekken 6 next year are all going to spit on the corpse. (Maybe even Samsho Sen)

Ill add you i might get sf2 remix i was thinking about it. SAMsho sen is gona be so bad man ,lol. If you wanna play ss sen you should just stick to soulcal, its essentially better samsho sen. I can see why you would stop sc4 though online play sucks but if you wanna play every ounce in awhile ill be around. ALso i checked out 8wayrun.com. REALLY great soulcal site, right away i seen players names i am familair with.

I’ll play SC4 upon request- but it’s not a game I’ll ever load to HD again. I just got tired of it- somewhat due to the community as well.

Is it just me, or is the practice mode command list missing some moves/combos? Namco usually puts EVERYTHING in there, like in the Tekken series, but once I got online, I was seeing people do WILD shit that wasn’t in the movelist…like Taki’s aerial grab Izuna Otoshi…had me looking like Achmed The Undead Terrorist when he challenged Guitar Guy in Guitar Hero during Jeff Dunham’s Christmas special. Is this move new to the series, or did she have it in 3? I skipped 2 (mostly) and 3 (totally).
She had it in 3, and it was in her moves list in 3 too. I’m pretty sure it’s also in IV’s moves list as well.

Anybody have this problem online? When you fight someone of equal or lesser skill…it’s a match that has a half-second lag, so you lose to mis-timed blocks. When there is no lag, you are VASTLY out-skilled. That’s the situation I’m in.

I like using him against people with confidence fighting him, my mains are raph/seig/asta/mitsu. i haven’t practice with asta in a LONG while, he was my first main in sc4 and my mitsu is mostly remnants of my xbox live mitsu using friends mixed with my original mitsu style.

Japan doesn’t really have a scene for SC4 since it’s console-only. However, Hong Kong has a very strong community, with just about every character being used. Hell, one of their best players mains NM/Rock, and they have the only high-level Setsuka I’ve seen in videos.

Naw, I think the game sucks. That’s probably why it didn’t get a arcade release as well.
