I need setups for the event. Please contact me via PM or on Facebook if you can assist.

Venue Details
There is no venue fee for this event. All entry fees will go towards tournament winnings.

Food/drinks will be available at the venue. I am working on getting a menu. There is absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK allowed. This will be heavily enforced by the staff of the Spitfire, and you will be asked to leave if you try to bring it in.

You should have an ST tournament too…Is there a venue fee?

There is no venue fee.

The problem with ST is it will require a different console to play. I’m really trying to keep this to games that are on Xbox 360.

Question: Are we going to try and hold every top 8 till the end, or will each game be concluded before the next one begins?

There is street parking around the venue, as well as a couple of lots. I am trying to work out a deal with one of the lots to get a good all day rate.

We will not be holding the top 8’s. Once each game begins, they will be played to their conclusion.

Looking forward to seeing Bill Cutty at the event.
