I’m not really sure since I usually arrive pretty late. I remember arriving an hour early one time and the set-ups were just being put in so I’d say an hour beforehand and then you’ll have a lot of time to play since everyone has to arrive and bracket making, etc.
Can I join in on one of these sessions? Anyone got BB Extend?
Tapioca opens at 11am. Personally, I go early to practice stuff and play against the owner. People do come but mostly an hour or two before it starts.

If you’re talking about on my tourney days: if you’re trying to play SFIV, you can probably come in much earlier if Sang is down to play on the cab. If Marvel (I’m assuming you’re interested in Marvel), I usually come in and setup stations around 5:00. If you’re referring to Tinh and Ray’s events, no idea
