Hey all! From Sacramento antelope and really am wanting to get into the sf community. I have been playing fighters casually for a while and I am ready to kick it up a notch and finally become competitive with it.
I am pretty scrubby right now i just reached 2500 bp on my friends ps3 but I am really interested in getting better.
I would love to get to know anyone and everyone in norcal. I keep hearing good things about the sf community and I am excited to finally be a part of it.
If anyone is ever down for anhything, i am definitely down as well. here is to good times ahead

Aight i haven’t ok’d anything with my folks yet, but i plan to today. I was wanting a gathering at my house on Saturday (say from 12:00 PM (noon) - 11:00 PM). Which could start earlier, maybe but i think for the first one, just gonna set that time. I got SFIV on PS3 (no converters what so ever :o) , Tekken 5 on PS2, GGGXXAC on PS2, SCIV on PS3(no data :o), Hokuto No Ken for PS2, Battle Stadium D.O.N. for PS2, Arcana Hearts for PS2, Fate U/C for PS2(still ain’t burned it yet), KOF 00-06 on PS2, NGBC on PS2, SamSho V SP on Xbox(i don’t have an xbox >:[), MVC2 for DC (the whole 11 in 1 combo, but no converters once again), CVS2 for DC (11 in 1), SF3S on DC/PS2, ST on DC (11 in 1 combo), STHDRemix on PS3 (reminder, i don’t have converters :o). If i forgot something or there is something you want to play but not sure i have it, ask me about it, but i think i got the big ones covered. I also got Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure on DC if anyone has ever heard of it, or cares to play. Been dying to find someone offline to play with me :sad:

I’m going to give you plenty of forewarning right now, i give shitty directions so pleeeeeeease use google maps or GPS to navigate to get to my house, the only real thing i can give you is that i live near Cosumnes River College.

Are you talking about SFIV on console? I thought Sac State converted the game room into a console lounge because Norma finally got fed up with Patton Vending not fixing anything. They wouldn’t allow you to bring a personal copy of SFIV to play before? Likewise do they actually let you use USB joysticks as well?
If someone drops out, hold me a spot man, I’m down for weeekends and weekdays(I go to school monday through thursday and usually get out at 2). I’ve only been playing fighters seriously for about 6 months so it’d be good for me to fight some vets and share knowledge.

I might have a 25 inch CRT in the garage, and my current 27" LCD so I’ll probably need more setups. Have SFIV for ps3 and 360. Joysticks: 1 for the ps3, 2+ for 360, 2 for ps2.

Ok guys, i got one little problem my mom is just now telling me about. She may or may not have to have me pack up stuff for her on Saturday. She said she’d let me know whether or not she’ll have me do stuff since i have plans. She said she’d let me know Saturday morning but thats not good enough notice for me or you guys. Depending on the age group, alcohol might be a no go. I don’t need any parents storming my house because their son got tipsy. I would say hold off on alcohol until maybe 9:00PM to determine the crowd that shows. Either way no getting shitfaced >_< I want to get a sac fighting game scene going without some random drama.
So far I think I’m gauging around 10 people who RSVP’d so far. I’ll keep anyone willing to bring electronics posted based on how many additional people get in contact.
I have a PS3 Madcatz TE stick that works perfectly. Came with a couple of scratches out of box (Madcatz QC). I’m thinking about selling it on ebay or to a local for cost + tax. I could also recommend www.electric-trouble.com. Run by a good friend I’ve known since like 2001. Turn around is 4-5 weeks though due to the drought of Sanwa parts on the market.
