I have no issue with Voter ID. However if it is a right in the constitution, then it should be state provided. An ID is a cost. I donât care if you donât have two pennies to squeeze together, it should not cost a thing to vote.
I agree, but it shouldnât be difficult for people to exercise that right. The more accessible, the more the country is shaped by the people in it.

The January 23 White House statement said:

Biden told Mexican President AndrĂ©s Manuel LĂłpez Obrador that he also plans âto reduce migration by addressing its root causes.â
The White House statement said, âthe two leaders agreed to work closely to stem the flow of irregular migration to Mexico and the United States, as well as to promote development in the Northern Triangle of Central America.â
Mexicoâs government provided a short and vague statement.
âWe spoke with President Biden, he was kind and respectful,â the statement read. âWe deal with issues related to migration, # COVID19 [Chinese coronavirus] and cooperation for development and well-being. Everything indicates that relations will be good for the good of our peoples and nations.â

Riots erupted in the Netherlands on Sunday as citizens showed defiance against the national 9 pm coronavirus curfew imposed on the country.
Outgoing Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte condemned the violence, saying: âIt is inadmissible. Any normal person can only react to this with horror.â
Rutte said that the riots were âcriminal violenceâ and had ânothing to do with the fight for freedomâ.
âYou really have to wonder what were these people thinking? The only fight we have to fight is to beat the virus,â he said.

Partially serious here. Anybody out past curfew get the jab. If youâre going to be a scofflaw, then we need to ensure youâre not contributing to spread. Thereâs a good possibility weâll see more unrest in the US if clear messaging and a plan of action is not laid out and expressed before Spring.
After a hard winter, and listening to hours of discussion on the virus - Iâm preparing to slowly reintroduce myself to the outside when the weather breaks. Nothing foolish or aggressive, but going out to enjoy nature while avoiding people. Itâs been three months since I last ordered carry out, and. . . I have to review my journals, but I think I last met a friend outdoors to chat last July.
Knowing what I know now, I canât possibly do any worse than these brainlets who arenât listening to and reviewing the data as it comes out and not altering their behavior.
Itâs gonna be a mental health crisis when this is all said and done, and I hope I live to see some good books written on how poorly this was handled.
