any one got any suggestions on what I should check out on steam? Iāve had a gaming PC for a few months but Iāve only managed to buy skullgirls and AE. Iām into old school jap rpgs, platformers like Mario, megaman and sonic, and a good third person adventure gm like unchartedā¦I have no idea whatās hot on pcā¦

As for the Uncharted series that is third person shooter/platformer not really adventure, but if you want suggestions for adventure games Iām a big fan of that genre too. Try Gemini Rue and tell me how you like it, itās IMO one of the finest adventure games ever made.

If you like SRPGS and have played final fantasy tactics X-COM and Agaret war are on sale and right up your alley theres also Last Remnant which is more liek a traditional jrpgs thats liek 2.50
as for platformers Iād say give terraria a try its minecraft meets mario if it clicks for you youll get far more than you bargained for out of it. Theres the Cave its a Double Fine game if that means anything to you. Other platformers to look out for are Super Meat Boy, Risk of Rain and Trine 1 and or 2
For third person games if your looking for something Uncharted-ish theres Tomb Raider itās literally as close to uncharted as you can get with out hearing Nolan North make snippy remarks all throughout your gameplay. Max Payne 3 is another similar style, linear, story driven, TP action title. Mafia 2 is like a mix between Uncharted and GTA. If your willing to step out of your comfort zone a bit and havent tried it yet Dark souls 1 or 2 are available 1 is obviously gonna be a bit cheaper and less taxing on your hardware if you dont have the best rig, 2 is a bit prettier, more expensive, and since its newer the onlines going to be a bit more active.
Completely urelated suggestions. Awesomenauts, Dota meets, Smash bros, Meets Street fighter. Wrap your mind around that and tell me its not worth the 2 dollars they are asking. Bastion Its a story driven Zelda mixed with DMC.
On the free to play front Theres also Loadout, Infinite Crisis and, LoL
