I donāt know of any Ninja Gaiden fan that liked Yaiba. Game looked brain dead from what I seen of it.
Yep, itās a mediocre game. Has next to nothing to do with the mainline Ninja Gaiden games and even on its own, itās a B action game at best.
Runs great on PC though, but it should because itās using UE3. Hopefully NG4 hits PC. B)

Downloaded the free demo of The Evil Within last week. I figured that since the game with the first three chapters available, it must be a good deal (especially for free imo), though I feel the chapters may be hella short. Iād like to do a Letās Play of it though.

Just found out about this, EA never even gave it a proper marketing push. Was just getting ready to push forward with Ranked mode, we had a big item update TODAY, and in comes the news that development is being halted.
Keep an eye out to see if anyone else manages to pick up the assets, it really had something going for it. Just couldnāt find a player base when everyone and their girlfriend is already on LoL.
And yeah Iām pretty fuckin bummed out right now.

I played a match of Dawngate a few months back, and it seemed pretty cool. Wish I had given it more time. I highly doubt the development team behind the game knew about this shutdown, what with the update and allā¦
They just fixed Duress, which was an item that was forcing a certain kind of mage Tactician meta, and something that was hotly requested by the community. So yeah for such a major change to take place and then the very next day they all get shitcanned? This was out of left field for them as well Iām sure. It sure as shit was for me, and I canāt really go back to LoL either until they put in East Coast servers, or make it so I donāt get 120+ ms to NA for no real reason. I was getting under 40ms to Dawngate, and any other MOBA for that matter. Highest is 50-60 range for Smite. But LoL I get twice that, practically unplayable as an ADC main.
Finally a viable alternative that isnāt old and stiff like DotA or gimmicky like HotS, and it gets shut down. Iām fuckin TIGHT right now.
