I give up. I feel like if youāre forcing yourself to beat a game, then itās not a game worth playing. I feel like Dragon Age lacks a lot of strategy in terms of how to progress through the game. Iāve re-rolled so many times, trying different classes, all of which I found extremely boring.
Itās a very linear game where most of the cities you run into are extremely empty, but to make up for that I suppose the developers made your characters run really fuckin fast (they do go at a rather fast pace). The combat speed is slow, as I feel as though the gameplay could have been about 20% faster (I dunno, I feel like this with a lot of RPGs so whatever). I actually did enjoy the lore quiet a bit, so much so, I had more fun listening on conversations rather than playing the game. Itās too bad the characters all seem bland as fuck.
I dunno, I canāt⦠maybe in the future? I doubt it, who knows, who cares, buy a bear, smell your hair, I hate underwear, time to stare, at the layers, of failure⦠sfj;lkfjda;lfjs;afjs;afjad;f;safā¦
well at least the game runs well with absolutely no horrid juddering and the graphics look nice and the VR mode really exists
wait none of this is true. why the fuck do they get away with this? fucking shit bags, even gedosat cant save that shit. game runs like a fucking amiga game
Overkill software has reached their goal of 1.5 million Steam community memberā¦which means on Thursday the first Payday game will be free to download.
Abyss Odyssey is $7.49 on Steam until the 17th. Gonna cop that shit soon as I get home.
EDIT: New Humble Bundle. Since these are all also browser games, you can preview them for free on the website.
Of these I can only vouch for Dustforce & Super Hexagon. For a platformer, Dustforceās controls arenāt quite as tight as Iād like them to be (or if could just be the piece-of-shit dpad on my 360 controller), but it is quite the high to get on that perfect S-grade run of a stage, sweeping up every bit of garbage & perfectly timing your jumps in one seamless motion.
Super Hexagon is way more addicting than it should be for me. I think I got it during another bundle long ago, but I still boot it up at least a few times a month if not more. The concept & controls are so simple & intuitive that I can always just jump in & play no matter how long itās been. The constant random(?) changes in pattern & direction also make each attempt feel new & unpredictable. Great soundtrack, too. Best I can do is Hexagon level on normal, thoā.
So Iām reading that all new releases on Steam will have ARCTAG (AllowCrossTradingAndGifting) disabled by default. So unless the pub/dev decides to allow it, the game will be region-locked. This affects folks who would buy games from resellers/traders of Russian Steam keys. Apparently it was a great way to get new games dirt-cheap day one.
FTL is pretty sweet as well, if youāre into semi-turn based combat and crew management. Hell, Iām normally not even into that type of shit and the game grew on me.
Iām gonna wait until the last day, though. Just donāt wanna miss out on that final game.
