Match up the colors.
But do not follow that picture.
The picture you showed is labeled wrong.
It is better to test with a Continuity Checker.
Because not all USB will have wires that are Red, White, Green, Black.

I just pick up the picture from google images to illustrate what iām trying to explain.
In my case the colors are the same in both cables (white, red, green and black).
I donāt have a continuity checker (i have to get one) and thatās why iām asking.
But matching the colors this may work, wright?
Can the PDP marvel VS pad be used for a dual mod?
Not without a lot of extra work.
Even though the PDP Versus Pad is Common Ground.
That pic there cost me HOURS of needless troubleshooting and headache to no end. not to mention my Bonus monies for attempting to finish a stick same night
Wow, you got offered extra to finish fast?
I was offered money plus Arcade Stick.
Laugh.
Good picture, terrible information.
Unfortunately most of the clients in the north arenāt as baller as the clients in Cali and the guy who offered the bonus was probably one of the more baller players in our scene lolā¦
I did get an agetec, Saturn stick, and TvC case from one client though as thanks, so thereās always a silver lining somewhere
I pad hacked that same pcb a while back and I think I have all the diagrams in an old laptop somewhere hereās a thread of how I soldered them. Shoot me a pm later and maybe I can help you.
Edit: Post 3636 to post 3645 may help you *The "padhacking" thread*
Edit2: Found it. I donāt take credit for making this diagram but I canāt remember who made it to give him credit. This will give you a better idea how to solder it.
My padhack:
I love the in-depth images that u posted of ur own stick plus the image from the first page of this thread, been thinking about making a stick with one of the spare DS3 controllers that I have. The only thing that i hate about it is that i have to put in some resisters when making it but oh well its still gonna be worth it in the end thou.
charliedrums, you sir are my hero.
Can anyone tell me if the Street Fighter 15th Anniversary pad (ps2) has a common ground pcb?
Yes.
Thanks!
I found a diagram on slagcoin but it doesnt tell me that.
not sure if this is the right thread but here goes, does anybody know if the new Akishop PS360+ board can used as a stand alone board or does it have to be used with another board like the 360TE board?
Donāt you think it would be redundant to Dual Mod a PS360+ with Xbox 360 TE PCB?
The PS360+ already handles both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 itself.
i was just making sure cause i saw a thread that showed it beein in a 360TE stick, so i thought that it needed to be used with a 360 stick or something like that.
I have this awful abomination of a ps3 controller the PDP Afterglow AP.1. Does anybody have experience hacking one, have a pinout etc?
I have the exact same controller and have been told that it is non common ground.
