Wanted to know where Arcade Fighters meet up usually? is there a LanCenter people go to? is there a hidden arcade somewhere or do you guys just meet up at each others cribs?
Couldn’t tell you for sure, but I know that Juri has a weird hitbox compared to most characters (the Fei Long infinite should be testament to that). I wouldn’t be overly surprised if it didn’t work on her.
Would you be willing to host a TvC get-together any time soon when you’re available? My roommate took the Wii home with him and I’m itching to play the game again.
KASTRO: It’s pretty much exclusively meetups at people’s apartments/houses up here; we have one arcade (Rocky’s Replay) but unless you want to play Marvel or Tekken 5 DR (or KOF XI on an unplayably dark monitor), it doesn’t really offer anything.
People usually host on the weekends unless there’s an overlap with a notable (local) tourney, check this thread for announcements and contact info.
Well that sucks. I made Top 16 in the Newegg Wanfest online SSF4 tournament, only to get eliminated because I had a match scheduled at the last minute last night while I was at Lounge Battles. Oh well, they can keep their shitty online prize package(s).
If any of you are fans of hip-hop and emcee battles, I’m telling you… Lounge Battles 8 is FUN. DJ/Producer battles, MC battles, 2vs2 team battles, freestyles… I’m gonna be there tonight again. It’s $15 which is pricy, but the beer prices are more than fair. $2 Coors Light/16oz PBRs/etc. It’s at the Cameo which is 1 block away from Mills & 50 (just seconds away from the monthly Will’s Pub tournament). If you don’t wanna do that, Jebailey’s hitting up the Pub Crawl downtown, if you feel like losing a phone or wallet.
Anyone getting together today? I would host, but I left my stick at James’ place and only have a stick that the stick doesn’t go to left-up or left-down unless you go to left first. 
Add SC II or UMK3. But he is right about most people don’t play those games.
I’m very pleased with my EX SE, although I might end up switching the Seimitsu stick for a Sanwa. Then again maybe I should just get used to the throw of the Seimitsu, but it feels so loose to me. Something other than a square gate would be nice too.
Anyway, if there’s any hosting during the week I might be interested. Do most of the SRKers in Orlando live close to Downtown?

I’d say a majority of this thread is in the UCF area, or so it seems.
I think the problem with the stick in the mechanism itself. The plastic piece on the bottom probably needs to be shaved down so that it “fits” correctly.

How’s it going? The best way to get acquainted with everybody is too come to will’s pub on monday. All of the regular competitors will be there. It will give you a chance to meet at neutral setting and thus enabling you to be invited to peoples houses for ranbats or whatever. Show up! Play in the tournament and introduce yourselves.
