I’m amazed at how deep story mode is… I played for almost 3 hours last night, and only got to the halfway point lol. Currently right around challenge 100 on the Tower. Shit is getting diiiiifficult. Being that I haven’t even played every character in the game yet, still too early to decide on a main, but I enjoy using Kitana and Raiden the most so far.
As I told Ian yesterday… Scorpion is Mk’s Ryu. 
You cannot avoid them in droves if you play online.
I always thought Sub Zero was the Ryu and Scorpion was the Ken.
makes sense, i was thinking 2013 or 2014. Wii2 if it is announced this year won’t come out till ~2 years later so sony and micrsoft announcing their new consoles next year to combat the hype makes perfect sense.
I agree with this statement due to the way Scorpion’s moves are spam over and over similar to Ken’s DP.
I completed story mode yesterday. I do have to say it’s the best story in any fighting game. What would have been cool, if they allowed you to pick between good and evil. that way we could have played with the evil cast of characters, and have a different story ending. I don’t like the fact that I have to start the story all over again from the beginning instead of selecting chapters. I probably won’t be playing it ever again. Still, it was very enjoyable.
On another note, the most damaging combo I’ve found with Kitana is 40% w/o meter. I like the combo system in this game. It’s very interesting, what moves you can cancel and connect into. I see every combo starter has to lead into a ground bounce or knock you into the air, in order to string along several hits.
Xbox360 and PS3 should have a 10 year lifespan at least.
i disagree, do you upgrade your computer only after 10 years? Like i said to Tony, many of us drop 200 every year or two on new cell phones, how is it absurd to drop 4-500 every 5-6 years for a new gaming console? Like the article states that’s fucking forever in a tech sense.
EDIT: Unless by lifespan you mean it will be supported by developers for that long even tho new tech will come out, in which case i agree because the ps2 has already done that.
