IIRC, haven’t played with vice in a while, i’m pretty sure in the corner she can do hcb,f+p, recover, activate, then do a c.lp to juggle and CC from there. But activate then command grab is a lot safer.
Several reasons.

Vice’s low jump fierce is really, really good. Beats all kinds of crap, also works as air-to-air, and is easily comboed off of.

Vice’s low jump short is one of the easiest ways to get into mix up range. Since it points downward it’s difficult to dp, and if it makes contact you do a simple level 1 grab super/dont grab and anti-air their jump- mix up.

Vice has one of the best, if not THE best, running jab games in CvS2. If you get a counter hit jab from a little close, you can link 2 more jabs on reaction and combo the shoulder. If you get the counter hit from farther out, you link the sweep easily. You also have the option to throw a super grab in there at pretty much any time, which counters pretty much everything your opponent can do except jump. Jumping loses to the aforementioned 3 options. There’s also the option to run in slightly farther and RC grab.

After landing her standard combo, N-Vice gets one of the best cross ups in the game by running a little bit before super jumping.

After landing a mid-screen RC grab, only a Vice with the ability to run can get back in in time to keep up the momentum.

Overhead jumping short xx short crazy legs against Sagat is much easier in a low jump groove.
Oh, and don’t watch that video of me using vice maki morrigan that just got put up. It’s like slopfest 2000.

Just wondering if what I said a while back is vaild. I think A-Todo is great on paper, but I’m not aware of many players using him with great sucess, unlike characters such as C/N-Ryu, who are under him on the tier list. I don’t think this has been talked about in detail before, but if this is not a terribly interesting discussion atm, then I’ll move on to something else.

Yes he does still uses Eagle in tourney, I can vouch for that.
He taught me a thing or 2 with Eagle but, I think he dropped
Rugal and said he only uses him for fun now. I dont know the exact order but he uses Rock/Eagle/Rolento now.
I respect his eagle though, cause he usually beats a character and a half with him.
