Its been a good minute since I played some ZombiU(Halo 4has been my primary time waster recently). So I decided to this morning after sleeping…pretty much my night off work away. In the 3 hours I played, I managed to goof troop not once, but twice! First time was a failure to properly do “zombie management” when fighting a small group during a early section of the game. oh, and having only 6 handgun bullets didn’t help either…Death # 2 only came a lil bit later as I simply got overran. 
(CURSE YOU TURRET HIT DETECTION! I PUMPED THAT CRAWLING BITCH FULL OF HOT SEXY LEAD! WHY YOU NOT DIE!)
So now. We’re on survivor #3. At Buckingham Palace. And I’m creepin it harder than Mr.Jeepers himself. As a side note…I am starting to see what IGN meant about the repetitive-ness of the cricket bat. I mean, when it becomes your last resort and you need shit to die asap. It simply is not going to get the job done as a horde, of different speeds, pours in (death 1 and 2 for me, yeah.)

I can’t remember at which survivor it was at buckingham palace. I remember dying in the process of trying to get into that TV media room…opened the door on the way out and ambushed and then when I came back to get my shit back I ended up getting ambushed from behind by zombie woman who looked like she belonged in a cubicle…and I wasn’t able to get my shit back. >( My most recent death took place near the tower of london in a dark cramped place halfway submerged in water and I had 4 guns on my person, handgun, double barrel shotgun, Rifle and Sniper Rifle. I was doing alright till I got blown up…Trying to get back to that spot to get my shit back is probably going to be a pain in the ass.
Also the fact of the matter is the Cricket bat ain’t a gun. I’m doing the exact opposite and using my guns more so as a last resort…If I can get away with killing it without using ammo then I will and that includes luring 1 zombie away from the group and around the corner to bash it’s brains in if I can get away with it. Getting careless with when and where I fire my gun almost got my ass killed in Buckingham Palace…I had to run my ass off.

Pretty much saying what was said before that the CPU is indeed slow but the GPU is indeed solid. Found the comment about ‘not trying to compare the CPU clock by clock for the 360’s because it isn’t really that much worse’ interesting. I’d like more details on that.
Usually, I never consider “running away” an option unless its to gain breathing room to attack them again(which is hilarious, cause in MP shooters Im coward of the year) or to push forward. Guess I really need to “head for the hills” huh? On the subject of the cricket bat. Don’t get it twisted, whenever I’m just exploring or moving about in general, the cricket bat is out in full force. I use the guns when things get hairy(or…piles of dead guys with heads still attached, sometimes I’ll pop them from a distance) and the closer, more than one thing is too me…my aim takes a hit. LOL. Thus a few times so far, I have wasted more than 2 pistol shots on a single zombie…THEN the Cricket Bat becomes last resort and things get a lil out of control.
Also. I read an interview on Kotaku with one of the folks who beat Survival Mode(user: DeDeDe). It contains some spoilers on later places in the game but also lays out some tips…I learned 2 useful things from reading it. 1. Planks are useless. Don’t bother picking them up. Your inventory is better saved for Ammo, throwables, and Healing and 2. If you have to fight more than one zombie and there is a crawl space in the area, go and crawl through, stand on the other side with your cricket bat and as they crawl through…ZR to finish them. One by one. Saves that precious, precious ammo.
he actually has a pretty good point about planks…They only thing they do is hold back the zombies back from the door for a bit so I suppose it’s good to get some breathing room for a moment but no mistaking it…They WILL come through that door.

The gamepad doesn’t depend on the TV, so someone could watch TV while you browse on the gamepad. Same goes for games.
Well I knew about some games but I did not know about the browser. That pretty much makes it a nice little tablet. I mean the only reason I use my girls kindle fire is to get on the internet and is pretty much the only reason I would use a tablet.
That’s right. And it’s silky smooth, app youtube is like ps3s YouTube but YouTube through the browser is god tier, you could listen/watch the current video while searching for another video. The previous video turns into a tab on top of the YouTube page
