Since they have Casshern it would be pretty cool if they can get the remake of Yatterman. It’s on the same line as Casshern and Cyborg 009 but more lighthearted and comedic.
Would be dope if the new Saint Seiya got picked up.
Deadman wonderland is a terrible choice for Toonami wtf. It was already over censored in Japan and the season ended without resolving anything. Imo any show that continues the actual storyline with an OVA shouldn’t be on there.

Had to work 2nd shift til close so I didn’t get home til about 3AM. Had to turn on the TV to give Toonami my ratings. Bleach comes on. Haven’t really seen it in ages. Not sure what’s happening. Then DeadMan Wodnerland comes on. Not sure what the deal is this show but I’ll give it a watch next week. Was mostly eating when this one was on. Cashern Sins. Wait, the dude from Tatsunoko vs. Capcom? SNAP! WILL WATCH!!
Just seeing TOM on the tube and knowing Toonami is back on gives me the warm and fuzzies. And there was a review, too! I’m in love! If I could, I would hug Toonami. TOM, too. No homo.
This isn’t the same Casshern, it’s not even the same continuity. SINS is a complete and total Reboot from the original Shinzo Ningen Casshern

Casshern Sins bored me to tears and wound up disappointing me after I finished it, in spite of its unique art style. I’m not missing much there.
I saw the first two eps of Deadman Wonderland early on in its original run and I have to admit, I am curious about the rest. I will definitely have to check the rest of that out, especially now that it’s on Toonami.

they made an awesome choice in selecting these 2 animes imo. They also are solid dubs made by (of course) Funimation.

No movies because they have to lisence them, and instead of getting hours and hours of show (like a 13. 26, or 50 episode anime), they get 3 hours tops.
If we’re playing movies, I vote for A scanner Darkly, Video Drome, Perfect Blue, or Paprika.
The funny thing is I fell asleep when Cowboy Bebop went to its first commercial break, and I woke back up as soon as it came back from commercial break.
After Later came up I passed out.
Once the money starts pouring in for the show it will be back to what used to be in the early 2000’s.
