God damn way to judge people based on a few silly posts you want to soapbox from lol. Sorry we care about our athletes in this, I don’t give two shits about the hurdles China has to go through but we are fully aware of their (small) medal lead so far thanks.

Stiff upper lip chap.

Good shit to the Judo chick, she was doing great and the FATALITY to the Hungary competitor was unexpected.

Yup. I hit a nerve.

America as a country doesn’t give a shit about anything outside of it’s jurisdiction.

Y’know…Until they start winning at it.

work around for people who are having trouble streaming.

but the whole world is in our jurisdiction bruv.

Or butt hurt non american pissed off no one cares about his country…

Hooray for generalizations…

Huggy Bear, keep your racist bullshit out of this thread.

Spoiler

Gabby got the gold in the all around, first black to do that. that’s dope as fuck!

in case someone actually wants to watch it on tv tonight.

I don’t know what was best about that, how absolutely amazing her routine was or how amazingly salty Komova looked.

Europeans hate getting beat by Americans, but it being a black person makes it even worse. They have no choice but to give her a shit load of camera time now.

talk about hissy fit out of nowhere!

i’d ask what prompted this random ejaculation but your 4chan style of posting makes me question the productivity of such an inquiry

Oh i see, you’re from some low-ranking medal country and it burns you up that America is far and away the top dog in medal counts over the course of the Olympics.

Let’s not forget that people in here were negatively comparing the opening ceremony for London to the opening ceremony in Beijing. I’m sure that rustled a few jimmies; I hope that lingo makes you feel at home.

You’re also salty that you’re posting on an American forum catering to american users for the most part, and they’re spending most of their Olympic discussion talking about American players.

looks like i was right; you are a waste of time. go cry about ugly americans somewhere else.

Let’s talk about Olympics instead! I don’t want this shit to degen into a flame war.

Lochte and Phelps are about to race again.

I’m not 100% sure but I’m 99% that intentionally throwing matches is explicitly prohibited.
At the end of the day, the fact remains that they were warned and chose to continue to take the chance. I’m going to spare my sympathies for teams or athletes who were genuinely cheated or robbed (like the fencer)

i’m with weeks, not playing at your best in the Olympics is grounds for a kick to the nuts (or being dq’ed).

Not playing your best is considered throwing a match in an attempt to rig the the “brackets”.

yeah china done goofed with that one. of course throwing a match is against the rules, thats against the olympic spirit, of course they gonna get DQed.

but its ok

THE MOTHERLAND WILL PREVAIL AND WIN MOAR MEDALZ NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM

edit: i just feel bad for the gymnasts who didnt win medals, cause once they return to the chinese slave training camps, their overlords are probably gonna beat the shit out of them. i wish i were joking

This was the first time Badminton held a round robin format. Obviously didn’t work out very well. I don’t see them trying that format again in 2016 and they’ll return to a playoff bracket and seeding players by ranking. If the Federation wants to feature more matches, they can run the bracket as a double elimination.
