The Official Street Fighter IV TE/SE Fighstick Template Thread

sounds fantastic, yes removing the artist’s button areas is really important…sometimes the white space sticks out around the button edge…

Hrm… Is there a template floating around without the button holes?

I mean technically I could remove that layer in the PSD, but will you have problems cutting the holes out if they’re not there?

no no, i cut the holes with a seperate file, ideal artwork comes to me without any white hole area.

Excellent. So if I take the template in the first post, delete the button layout layer and submit it as a PDF, we should be good?

all good

remove the button and the turbo area and the stick hole

Will do. Once I finish my artwork, I’ll PM you the file and we can figure out the pricing. Thanks a ton man!

from Blame!, awesome manga, everyone should read it.

I remember that manga now, I only read the first two volumes though.

I had answered you from the first time you posted, but now that I have messed with this Sagat will be taken out of the pic by buttons unless you use clear ones. If you do that, then just size the artwork to the right size and then place on your stick. The buttons can be opened up so that you can put artwork IN the buttons too.

like this… http://www.joystickvault.com/showphoto.php?photo=413&cat=500
(make sure to look at the buttons and the surronding artwork…)

my latest creation.

;D

My bad. Thanks for doing that. I was looking to either put it on my Nuby SF 15th anniv. stick or the Madcatz TE stick but I guess either way Sagat would get covered up. I wouldnt have the skill to input images into the buttons.

Hi guys just bought a Te stick from a friend who has two, intending to put this
art up but im clueless as what im suppose to do. I would really appreciate it
if someone would help put a button/stick format on my Art, or a How it would look like kinda
thing that i saw alot on the other pages

THANKS!

That is an awesome design sir! I did something like that for my boys’ Nubytech Annv. stick.

LoL, you don’t have the skill to take the plungers out of the buttons and put in the hole cut-outs under them?!
Trust me buddy, it’s not rocket science (J/K)

Print two copies and and just try it…it REALLY isn’t that hard.

If you are doing the Nubytech one tho’ the Translucent Happ buttons will be a bitch to do (if at all)

AndYOne, that’s some really nice work! Could I have it on full-resolution? Maybe I’m using it for my stick!

A modification of a custom stick design I’m tweaking for myself adapted for both SE and TE editions.

SE version:

TE Version:

TIFFs for either version can be provided with and without buttons.

Anyone curious, the layout that I’m working for myself will be something similar to this, although it’s for a different stick entirely.

thats how itll look. i dont think the picture looks that nice hi-res tho, if you could find a bigger pic it’d be better

For my SE stick, waiting for my sanwa buttons and stick before i add it (red buttons and balltop).

Please tell me what you think.

I love it!

For all of you who have the clear buttons, how are you getting the artwork to show underneath? It looks awesome.

oh and the bezel around the art work on the TE… what’s the best way to paint that to where it won’t chip?
