Is there anyone in ranked games with more than 1000bp ffs? I’m sick of f***ing 10bp Akumas putting up a fight and I get 15bp on win and -100 on lose.
Do you know of a solution to my problem sir?

Does having a slow computer cause online matches to lag for your opponent?
Only if your framerate is set to ‘variable’. Otherwise it’s just the person with the crappy computer who will suffer.
Of course normal network lag will still screw everyone over.
is it actually confirmed that changing the framerate to fixed solves that problem, or is it a myth? i ask because a friend of mine has a slow computer, and swears that his setting is on “fixed”, yet his slowdown is my slowdown. unless his network happens to be lagging as well
edit: actually i think it does work, i think he needed to restaert his game after changing settings. because now we’re able to play without the slowdown

etc. for round start
"KO”
“Double KO”
“Perfect”
“Draw Game”
"Time over"
etc. for round ending, but he won’t say “so and so, wins” or anything else during the match, or during the vs. screen/character selection.
So basically, the announcer is still there, just all the annoying things about the announcer are gone.
“It all comes down to this” and “Let’s pick up the pace” are the most annoying things he says, IMO.

I, personally, don’t know. Maybe someone else would. The only problem I had was when I opened SF4 the GFWL menu didnt come up and I couldn’t access it to even sign in offline…let alone online. This doesn’t happen to me anymore though.
Let me just restate that trying to explain that frame rate needs to be set to fixed to Russian people is really fucking annoying.

I can’t anti air. I can’t punish. I can’t jump in usually. If I manage to jump in, I’ll get dp’ed before I can combo. The input lag is just retarded.

Sounds like I’ll be passing on the PC version for now… till they fix the lag issues. Was looking forward to the competition.
The connection is Beijing is fine. It’s finding people to play with that is the problem. If you’re going to play Street Fighter in Beijing, go to the arcade.
Is there any way to change the language to something other than English or Japanese?
I think that everyone understands that you don’t like the PC port; so stop fucking bitching about it. Either a) be more picky with your matches or b) stop playing and shut up.

F*** ranked games. I’m not playing this s*** for another month until it might be worth winning. 1/4 bp gone in 4 losses after a buttload of wins. I’ll see you in player matches.
I think I fought (and lost) to that ze nenex guy and I don’t recall lag being an issue in that match either.
