I play 3+ bars players only and I haven’t experienced any input delay as you people say.
The games were always smooth …
For some reason I get less input lag when I am playing players with red/orange bar compared to yellow bar. Of course full bar is the best.
Ofcourse, and ofcourse there always is slight input delay (3-4 frames like Fallot said). But since I’m new I don’t even notice that. To me the moves seem to come out at same speed as offline in the moment I press the button(s)
ok… i just played someone with 4 bars… with that connection, there was no perceptible lag at all… i think initially, part of the problem was my lack of knowledge on the bars and what is good and what is not… hehe… i was accepting everyone who challenges in arcade mode without regards for the connection… since i was playing very late last night here in the US, i think most of the requests i was getting were from Asia and Europe according to their profiles…
i wish there’s a filter where when i’m playing arcade mode, i can set a minimum number of bars for someone who challenges me and cancels automatically if they are below… i think that feature will get rid of the constant “a new warrior has entered the ring” interruptions only to get to the game and see that they have 1 bar…
erg well bluetooth on ps3 aint that bad after all… we need a dedicated vent server

Anyway, I’m up to 1000+ GP and my winrate has increased to 35%. Feels like I’m slowly getting better.
There’s an annoying person whose been hosting a game for 24+ hours. He has 5 connection to me, but he’s not at the computer, he’s just hosting to annoy… Tsk.
