Keyboard is equally bad when it comes to doing 360 motions as a gamepad, but better for everything else. In fact, a keyboard is often faster than a joystick when it comes to doing dp and fireball motions – being able to use your dominant hand, which is the right hand for most people, for directional inputs is an advantage. You just need to get used to it.
So are the alternate costumes out on the windows live marketplace yet? I can’t see them, but I might just be getting boned by the great firewall of china.
i get an error when i try to access the windows live marketplace dunno if anyone else has has this problem.
Actually most people who use KB use WASD for directions, or at least the left hand.

I noticed there is a lot less lag on the PC version, and i dont get those “failed to connect” messages when joining lobbies.
I do for FPS (except back when I first started playing CS like 1.2, I was keypad+numpad then), but after playing tons of alpha3 on ahem eemoo ahem I got used to the asdf/zxcv and keypad. But like I said before, and what he said, I don’t see any 360* motions happening, much less 720*s. Gief is out of the question on KB unless you want to be a lariat spam kid.
Doesn’t work for me either, heh.
keyboard? I guess its ok for charge characters but its a freakin pain in the ars to do something like a 360 with keys ( i know I tryed with mk3 on pc)
Me too. I think it’s just because there’s nothing in the marketplace for SF4 PC yet.
Hmm interesting. I think I will test out Fei Long’s Chicken Wing on kb (270). I wonder what the limit is for those types of motions for kb.
Seems like the Mad Catz bundle is not available for Europe. I can’t let it ship to Europe, it’s only available for US, Canada and Mexico. 
I guess I have the buy the Mad Catz Fightpad later then but the bundle is cheaper
Well, I reformatted my PC, reinstalled SFIV, logged in, and my BP and GP were automatically restored as soon as I logged into Live. So they’re definitely not local - unless the data can survive a hard drive format. 
They go about as easy as shoryukens for me, but the 360 is a whole nother issue. Maybe I’m timing it wrong, I’ve tried slow and fast and only landed 1 360 in trial mode, most ending with me in the air before finishing.
you got shortcuts for most moves now, just do:
:hcb::ub: + :p: or :k:
What about for gief ult 720? Wouldn’t I end up in the air?
just do c.mk to ultra. whatever, combo that stuff, or buffer the move up with another move.

I just got this for SF4 PC worked out of the box on Win Xp Pro Sp2 X64
Not sure if this is off topic but, let’s say I have an Xbox Live SILVER Gamertag that I use for my Xbox360 and use that for GFWL will it give me crap about being a silver member although Live on PC is free? Or will it let me play online for free when on my PC and not while on my Xbox, I would assume that would be the case, right?
Anyways, I get my copy today as soon as UPS delivers it. I’m in SoCal Fontana area if someone wants to add me.
