Its easy to beat Falco. Just powershield those lazers and those dairs and those shines. Easy. Right? :wonder:

OK thanks guys Iām having an easier time against them now. Now onto new problemsā¦
I play against a Falcon and Sheik guy and they are just way too fast for me and do a bunch of those throws and juggles and them me dead. I try my best to do dsmash but they seem to slap me out of it. What should I do to stop the rush?
Defense
Shield grabs, know your combos from your throws, donāt forget to tack on damage with a taps when you can. You also want to find out your longer ranged moves, keep aways, that kind of stuff. Depending on who youāre playing, shuffled sex kicks can really annoy someone whoās trying to run into you. If youāve got a good projectile, spam it when you can. Work on your mindgames. If someoneās running in for the grab, shield obviously, then wavedash backwards, and grab them after the missed grab
You didnāt say much about HOW they played exactly, so thatās the best I could think up

Anyways they both typically throw me to the ground, bounce me, and then regrab me again. With Falcon, he tends to throw me and combo into a jumping knee or short jump knees me. Sheik does that weird projectile and im not too familiar with his moves so I just see random kicks. Sry.

Dodge into throw or D smash is your best option. Itās hard for them to decide to either dodge, or block after they have whiffed a grab because you can grab their blocking or D smash their dodge since itās so long. Those are their general options, if they start to roll, catch on to which way they roll and punish.
Dodge is your best option for sure!!
Also, try and dodge if you whiff a D smash, then D smash again!!
I give her advantage at any level of play. Even if itās just slight advantage at high level play.
well, I can understand how a shiek is raping you, but against C.falcon make sure to utilize those grabs for chain grabbing and work that CC into Dsmash. unless the C.Falcon your facing spaces his aerials really well, you should be able to CC most of his incoming aerials into Dsmash. you should be able to edgeguard C.Falcon easily at any percentage. remember, work those turnips, force him to have to approach you directly.
Samus owns.
Samus is ALRIGHT, has a nice recovery, missile spam, ect. but in the top tier games, not so much, the other characters are just plain better
Sheik at low level play is broken

I lost to a scrubby sheik at a tourney once. Iām just glad I did well in the losers bracket to rank higher than that scrub.
I guess I learned form that experience, though. Donāt get grabbed, donāt get popped up with her ftilt, dtilt, or even dair if she comes from above. If you do get popped up, DI like a mofo.
Being a diehard Samus player Iāll fill in the blanks. Samus has no true weaknesses to exploit, she just doesnāt have anything broken to abuse either. That is her only downfall.
Oh god, I HATE Falcon vs Peach. Shivers.
I use to hate the sheik marth match up but over the past few months Iāve grown to kinda like it. >_>
