‘3d super sonic’ is actually the version of super sonic that came from Sonic the Comic in UK. Supposedly that version of him he’s actually a bit more deranged if I remember correctly.
The next form is basically Dark Sonic from Sonic X…I haven’t gotten into season 3 of the series completely but I believe he attained that state when the Metarex were hurting chris and peeps in front of him and he got pissed and basically was about to wreck house

After watching that clip over again…I lol @ what Eggman is saying. I think that was the only time that in that show that the form showed up. Chakra X used it briefly in his Nazo Unleashed series as well.
Who else likes Adv. of Sonic the Hedgehog? I had too many good memories of that show as a kid, now if only I can find a video that has all the Sonic Sez clips
Granted, the game stories aren’t so great either… but there I don’t really care. I’m looking for good gameplay. I’ve watched all of the shows a little, and just didn’t like any of them. They come off very campy and, well, silly.
I didn’t watch much of sonic underground…thank god. Sonic X easily at least gets 2nd spot for me cause of being the first show to have super forms and Shadow.
And Remy you must not have woke up in the morning on saturdays ABC had that top tier lineup back in the day…along with Reboot.
lmfao…I wonder why I forgot about that movie…maybe it was because after witnessing the same studio’s better animation (Sonic CD) I was a bit disappointed. Also for people who dislike some of the sonic character’s voices, they could always be worse…they could be the movie voices. Seeing sonic flip Eggman the bird was funny though and the fight scene betwen him and Metal was nice.

I’ll at least give the movie as being better than underground…perhaps I should try to find the movie in Japanese and watch it again? I think the English voices really may have killed it for me.
well, considering they only had to make like 3 minutes of animation for the game they could go all out and its not too costly/time consuming. its different when you have to keep it up for a whole hour. that aside, the movie is pretty good looking. better than most of what is produced nowadays, yeah I said it. fuck the Airblade thread.

I may have already mentioned this but I have a huge grudge against the Archie characters. they look too Americanized and dont gel very well with the game characters.
thats why I like the movie so much. its closer to the source material, the new characters dont feel out of place (the President, Sara, that Owl guy) and pre-crisis Yuji Naka was even the producer. it takes the characters and puts them in a world that fits the game but isnt some Mobius freedom fighter garbage. its a fun action adventure movie with Sonic being a douchebag, and all is right in the world.
plus they call him ROBOTNIK, none of that Eggman bullshit. props to the dub writers for that one.
I’m currently playing Dreamcast SA1 and plan to play SA2 after I complete it. This is my first time playing the 3D Sonics and so far I’m enjoying the experience minus the buggy camera. I just read this whole thread and surprised that this problem with camera is something that has plagued almost all 3D Sonic games and has apparently gotten worse in some cases, I can see why you guys have your reservations about Unleashed heh.
is that where they’re placing all the stuff that has to do with this game? and I agree…I like what Cinossu did with the track. I’ll have to listen to the rest of these.

Sonic 1 was made by the Japanese Sonic Team. then Yuji Naka went to America to work on Sonic 2 with the Sega Technical Institute (who also made Sonic 3 and S&K) while the Japanese team worked on Sonic CD.
