After playing online ranked for a while I just want to vent this: Do I have to play top fucking tier characters to get a fucking win on this game? I play superior footsies, play patient, miss no combos, but still lose to Kazuya, Rufus, Ryu, Raven, free all fucking day. Online Kazuya gets c.LK nonstop plus his mixups are safe, godfist is safe, rufus divekicks all day safely, ryu has safe pressure, raven can LP, step LP you across the goddamn screen and you can’t do shit about it besides spend a bar. I know that if these were local matches I could find possible ways to combat it but with the shitty ass netcode this game has its like top tier + lag = win. God I wish KOF XIII didn’t have the worst netcode in history or I would just stick with that.
Ok, rant over, feel better. Now to play some more Demon Souls.

The likes of Chun, Cammy, Nina and Juri having 900 health while Raven gets away with 1000 still somewhat pisses me off.
I think ppl whining about this game’s netcode are idiots. That is all.
I’m sure every has different experiences with netcode depending on their region but for me this game has bad netcode. Not quite MvC3 bad, but no where near SFIV good.
This game looks like absolute shit now.
SF4’s “smooth” netcode is no where near good. Variable input lag is a horrible price to pay for the illusion of the netcode being “smooth”.
…I think the game is fun but it has to be the worst looking fighting game ever made. Is there anything that even comes close to it? I can’t understand why anyone involved with deciding on the look of this game would continue to be employed anywhere. It’s insane.
Reached a new low last night/early this morning. I hate FPS but that free copy of Battlefield 3 I got from a friend as a xmas gift… popped it in after 4 months and thought… this isnt bad.

Also spend more time in color edit than actually playing the game. I think its time to let it go. However I immensely enjoy the salt being thrown around by my friends on skype while they play. I just choose to not join in on it myself lol.

I call for a new standard then. Grown women should have a minimum of 950 health.
Now that I think about it, sunglasses might earn you extra 50 health in this game. Take Guile for instance. He removes his shades in his intro. 950 health. If they keep that mechanic in TxSF, sunglasses for all the women!

I dont understand why people even play this game when all they are gonna do is run away and time out. Why not play against the computer if you dont wanna actually do a combo or fight? I have faced so many lame arse players that their only strategy is to hit and run. Its sad that its a viable strategy. I dont even have fun in this game anymore. Its worse than SF4 with the timeouts. I play an aggressive rush down Guile and Paul. (My favorite characters) If I were to Diminien it up and sonic boom (ZONE or whatever, its lame to me) I wouldn’t bother playing this game cause thats not fun to do or watch. Its already established that its not HYPE to watch on stream. The majority of you people aren’t gonna win a tournament or even come close so why not just play for fun and not because I dont wanna lose and be salty that I got beat? Rant done. This game sucks lol

Whoever thought this was a good idea deserves a medal. A medal made out of sand. Thrown in their eyes.
2v2 co-op and 1v1 play should be separate ranked ladders.
This is one of my biggest frustrations and people are even more prone to do it with more points or in follow-up matches. I had one person get a life lead and run away for most of the match because they were apparently annoyed about their previous loss. They counter-picked too, but that’s part of any game.
The inputs for this game are just so derp. I was in trial mode with Julie, and realized her cr.HPxxQCB+PPP is wonky as hell. You can have three bars, and hit the P marco button and still get her ex qcb PP.
What the hell was wrong with double motions? Make the single motion supers an easy input gem or something >___<.
EDIT: I know the super comes out with later timing, just saying, it’s still annoying.
Lost a few matches thanks to qcb+mp+mk turning into d,d+mp+mk on my wake up… idk how that works out
