Nah they are dead, just accept it. Fighters getting into EVO has nothing to do with them being good or deep, it’s just about money and whether or not Capcom made it.
How to get your fighter into EVO:
-give the EVO sponsors lots and lots of money(what WB did for MK9)
-the game is created by Capcom, it gets in automatically
In short: “Buy Skullgirls, because it has what you niggas really want: ‘No bullshit’ and Mexicans are already in our country, so let KOFXIII and Telemundo in our EVO. El hype!”

I’m hoping this is some next-level sarcasm. Evo (and America) are not the be-all and end-all of fighters, nor is what you said fair. A special relation with Capcom is not the same as blindly swallowing everything they put out.
I may not like AE and MvC3, but they are the next iterations of extremely popular fighters to which the community has transitioned (one way or another). MK9 has proven itself as a tournament caliber game, it would be pretty ironic if you post with such bluster but ignore a pretty good fighter that draws good numbers.

I really don’t know what to say about all this hating on Ono and SFxT…
The only thing that really hurts my feelings is how Ono has written back to so many random SakuraXKarin tweets with positive responses, yet it’s been leaked that it won’t happen. I don’t understand why he can’t just be honest with people or just not speak at all. It’s cruel to people who take this franchise as seriously as all the rest of us.

I’m a fan of this game, however, the graphic of this game is a hot mess, Nina look more manly than Ken ect …
Why would I, I already won a free pre-order at EB Expo just by getting a 5 win streak.
I have every right to bitch about the game without people screaming that I gave money to Capcom, who would probably still pull out the “You don’t even own the game so how can you judge it” excuse if I didn’t have the game and complained after release.
Also as far as Ono hate goes, I don’t hate him for making these decisions, the thing is he’s a producer, the amount of creative input he has on the game is extremely restricted, he basically has to persuade for everything.

People are overreacting too much in bad way and cannot learn how to look for the good things in this game. If you don’t like it, don’t follow it. Thats what i think after reading some of these ridiculous comments. If you really want the game you want it go work for capcom other wise calm the heck down.
Why would we, we’re fighting game fans, we were excited for this game, and when push comes to shove, I, and a lot of people, still are.
Without a community ready and waiting to critique the slightest hint at an awful addition to a game (which Capcom keeps an eye on, mind you) we get Soul Calibur 4.
