On that note, I hate purposeful gender ambiguity in drawn media. Urban legend aside, Poison is obviously a female character. You can’t just draw a female character and somehow allude to them being the perfect transgender subject, with no scars or anything and expect me to accept that. You’ve drawn a female. Deal with it.
Like in anime where they’ll sometimes have a plot twist where they reveal an obviously female gender character as male, or vice versa. And then they’ll go the writer’s equivalent of “haha, the joke’s on you”. Um yeah, because it’s not like you took advantage of your chosen media’s obvious shortcomings in portraying anything beyond simple body shapes. No one was “fooled”. You are a fool.
It’s cheating and I won’t have it.

But let me say this anyway. If finding images of females with impossibly perfect feminine features and proportions attractive is gay, even though those images project less masculinity than most real women, I’m quite happily gay.
Also, nothing wrong with actually being gay in the first place, so the accusation wouldn’t bother me anyway, even if it were in any way rational.
Poison is originally female in Japan. She was only changed to a transexual male to avoid the American censors. Since Final Fight originated in Japan, then Poison being a legitimate female will be canon, same as way as Vega is really dictator, Balrog is really claw, and real Bison is really boxer (although I prefer the US version).

Didn’t they originally say they were going to do a patch in mid-June for balance reasons and to fix the Rolento glitch?
Yeah it’s coming in three days I think.
I believe the June 16th patch is a console patch that fixes the Rolento bug, and it’s unrelated to any upcoming pc patch. That Svenson post that’s floating around seemed to state both of those patches were to be released individually, which makes sense to me. But we are in the later area of the pc patch’s ETA. Whatever. It’ll come.
Well that’s one good thing I suppose. Seems to be only a Rolento glitch patch from what I’ve read though.
The really important question is when are they deleting the assist gems and balancing the rest of the game?

You do realize that you play two of the top most annoying characters in the game next to dhalism? They are the only characters that changes a persons play style completely. I rather get tatsu than fight a gief that brainlessly smashes their head on three buttons on their controller to do a magical spin. That stops all jumpins, crossovers, supers, mix-ups, and advancing moves. Not to mention having to kill them twice due to gief and hugo having the health of two characters. Also I love getting grabbed from mid screen you magically teleport into giefs hands and half your life is gone. Yes people will continue to throw fireballs down your throat what else is there to do? Jump into your magical spin and lose half a bar of health?
Well duh, how else am I gonna win?
