Just got my Q4. I like it so far, except I’m having a problem with it disconnecting itself from my PS3 every 30 minutes or so. The manual is in Chinese so I’m at a loss to troubleshoot this myself. It may be that I’m not following the connection procedure properly. From the pictures, I know the turbo button is involved somehow, but I can’t figure out how. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

If your PS3 USB socket have some problem,will be cause disconnecting.

How exactly did empire arcadia get their own limited run Q3 stick in the first place anyways? They don’t seem very Chinese … or have any direct connection.
I’m not very big in the SF scene for the U.S. but I am assuming since Qanba set up a US branch/office in New York, I would assume that Empire Arcadia would be best choice. That and I remember that Qanba would be at lotsa tourneys in New York so spreading word would be easier(Q2 - Q3 release).
Yeah - sorry about all the delays. My supplier says that the Qanba shipment we were supposed to get was delayed heavily. All I could do was use the information he gave me to indicate when to possibly expect them, which is why the dates kept getting pushed back. Those who check FA recently know that the final shipping date is now May 21st. Those who can’t wait anymore have canceled some orders so there are a few available.
For the rest of you, all I can ask is to have some patience. We had to wait on Qanba to ship them out.
I tried it on a friend’s PS3 and it worked fine. Guess I’ll have to take this one up with Sony. Thanks!

for those with the q4 can you confirm its quality and is it worth the investment? I always wanted a stick that works for both the systems so this is great for me. Also does this have any kind of input lag? thank you for your time and response.
I’m so damn tempted to get one of these, just so I can play on my buddy’s PS3 when I go to his house. They look so slick too.

Does anyone know if there’s a template kicking around for this stick? Friend of mine and me have been looking for a .PDF file forever, just to be accurate with art. Any links?
No input lag noticeable. It’s very well built. Larger than TE. Weight on par with TE. The “carrying handle” I found to be kinda useless. I may remove it at some point. Start button is not sanwa, but it works, and until it breaks I won’t be replacing it. No Turbo function for Xbox 360 for some reason. There’s also a “mode” button and I’m not sure what it does.
Overall if you need a stick for both systems, this is a very good choice, way easier than dual modding a TE. If only it worked with PS2 also.
Can anyone else confirm that the turbo mode doesn’t work on xbox360 ??
