The Official Qanba Fightstick Thread (New products Coming)

Are you this isn’t due to how Tekken processes inputs similar to how SF4 does it? This could be perfectly normal.

in Tekken you can hold 1 down and every time you push a direction the input display in training will show 1 plus the direction or neutral. This is because of the way buffering works in Tekken - you can used this buffered 1, and say you wanted to do 1+2, all you would need to do while holding down 1 is press 2.

What is likely happening is after you’re doing whatever two+ button move you are doing you’re letting the stick go to neutral or maybe holding the direction long enough to register another input before actually letting go of one or both of the buttons. Tekken doesn’t have negative edge inputs though, so this shouldn’t be an issue as far as play goes.

Hello, i need replacement for USB cable, really this is dicifult to find, i guess the kind is USB wire harness, someone know where i can buy this cable?..thanks in advance! ^^

Does anyone know if its possible to get the ribbon cables for a qanba pcb anywhere?

Well im looking for it because im crap with a soldering iron

Hello, I have a Q4RAF and I was wondering how difficult it would be to rewire Select for S-Linking, and then rewire Start to the standard Select button.

Is this problematic on a Qanba?

Not difficult at all. You can find it pretty much anywhere on the entire internet that sells electronics. monoprice.com has USB wires for dirt cheap.

Of course, you’ll need to know how to splice and solder the wires in order to replace it. The exception is if you use a PCB that has a USB connector on it, then you just need to buy the right USB with a male connector types.

I got a question guys,

I was playing KI today and caught a slight static shock. Its happened loads of time before with this stick and was fine, but this time, The stick registers a constant right input whenever its plugged in.

I thought it may just be a XBONE pad mod issue, but it seems to happen in any mode as I popped on KOF Steam ed. to try and replicate the issue. sure enough, same issue. I opened up the stick (wasn’t expecting to see much,) and unplugged the header to/from the stick and pcb just for giggles but got the same thing. The thing is, all the buttons still work just fine, but its always pulling to the right.

Any ideas on how to correct this issue?

Is there any way to force a qanba q2 pro into 360 mode when using on pc?

yes,it is very easy.

our usb cable :
BLACK: GND
GREEN:D+
WHITE:D-
RED:VCC

PLEASE SEND PICTS TO ME.

zhongxianglong@hotmail.com

please install xbox360 controller for PC.

I have the 360 driver installed but the stick is still recognised as qanba joystick plus.

I’m not sure if this is a right thread since I have a question about modding qanba q1 by adding a headphone jack + USB port.

On the bottom left side of the arcade stick (when looking from top view), there is an awkward silhouette that could be a headphone jack + USB port, but has no holes nor openings. Is it possible to mod those features into this stick? or is there an available extension for those features? If yes, is there any guide around?

Do you have Qanba Q4RAF LED PCBs available by themselves? (The board that has the P1/P2/P3/P4 lights, 360/PS3 switch, etc.)

The lights in mine died.

What size screws are used for the faceplate? I have a couple that are stripped a little.

my puppy chewed my wire. I have a qanba q4. where can I get a replacement wire? really need it soon

Any USB Cord

Anywhere. Monoprice.com is my usual spot to pick up USB chords, since they’re dirt cheap. As long as the USB wire has a male-A connector on one end, it’ll work.

Also, you’ll need to learn how to open up your case, snip wires, strip back insulation, desolder and solder stuff. So basic mechanics and electrical skill are needed.
