I can tell you that mine never works unless I turn the 360 on first, then insert the cord. Try to turn it on with the cord in there and it won’t register.

Tried your method as well and it didn’t work. The only way I got it to work was by connecting it on the second player USB port on the xbox360. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Sounds like it’s the port - have you anything else you could try connecting with it (memory stick, wired pad, &c) to test it?

I tried my madcatz sfxt VS stick and got the same result. Player 1 port isn’t synching or making contact with the USB cables. Going to see if I can get that fixed, if not I might just replace my xbox elite with a new slim. Thanks for the help.

I got a Qanba Q4 Q4AF 3in1 stick, red ice, and i plugged the usb cable into my PC, my PC recognized it and installed it and said “item ready to use” but when i run street fighter 4, it doesn’t work at all, it doesn’t recognize the stick, and nothing happens, i could only play with my keyboard xD. It said works for 360/PS3/PC out of the box… but it didn’t for me, i tried reading the user manual but it’s all in Japanese, i tried googling the english version but i had no luck, anyone please help?

You need to configure the joystick in-game.

Why? Because Capcom.

It should work fine with every other game, including original street fighter four.

how can i configure it in game? if it doesn’t even detect the stick, there only Keyboard 1 and Keyboard 2 in the Button config, how can i configure it in-game? please give me instructions or a link! thanks for a fast quick reply gahrling!!

Push the ‘right’ arrowkey on your keyboard until gamepad shows up.

If using in 360 mode then make sure you have the correct drivers installed. If using PS3 mode and still having problems then try Xpadder.

NICE, i see the Qanba joystick Plus option, how do i change the keys tho? because the joystick still isn’t registering, everything is none, but i can’t seem to changed neither of it. What is up? thanks for getting me this far tho, you are the only person that has been helping me so far.

Hey, I have a question and I am not sure if it has been answered since there are so many different pages to look through. I have the all black Qanba Q4RAF stick and the original headset that came with it is broken and didn’t really fit my ear too well. I now use the Turtlebeach X12’s for Xbox 360 but the cord that would go into the stick is too small. I then got an adapter so it would fit the 3.5 headset jack but it does not recognize it as a headset being plugged in. Is this headset just not compatible? If not are there any suggested alternatives for someone with smaller ears (LOL)?

Does anyone have any problems with their buttons changing when plugging a Q4RAF into the PC? Mine keep changing constantly on PS3/PC mode every time I plug in the stick. The stick works fine, but having to change buttons all the time is quite annoying.

please confige buttons,and save it.

or please use xbox360 for pc model, you needn’t confige buttons at SSF4 AE.If your computer’s OS is Windows XP,please download xbox360 controller driver for pc.
