I got the replacement parts and they did the trick. Qanba is the real deal. I got the parts in around 4 days awesome service!! Anyone on the fence about getting one I would highly recommend they do. I cant speak for every customer, but I am happy.

Hey i’ve had a Q4RAF for the pass few months and it’s been working perfectly until today. i tried plugging it in and now it wont read for either my 360 or PS3 =/ is there any solution for this?
edit: when i plug it into the 360 the red LED light for mode lights up but the console doesn’t read it as a plugged in controller.
Does anyone know what model of stick and buttons are used in the Q4 RAF Black SE (all Seimitsu parts)? Thank you.

Wow what great customer service qanba has ! Always up to date with fixes and reapirs well i got a new problem now and that being that my door for my qanba q4raf broke and I’m in need of a replacement is there anywhere i can get one?
Does anyone have a Qanba stick bag and a HRAPV3-SA and see if it fits as advertised in CanadianJoysticks (along with the foam)? It would be a neat addition if Qanba can store the TE and Hori as well as Qanba’s very own (they even have a picture of a laptop put inside it!).
any news on when Q4 RAF 3in1 Black gets restocked in play-asia, mine is backordered now due to credit card issues =/

Just bought a brand new Q4 RAF, wondering if it’s possible to temporarily remove the handles and reapply them or if it’s just possible to remove the handles without breaking something hahaha.

I hope no one minds the repost from the eightarc thread so I’ll just shorten it.
I bought a qanba qaf4 with the handle via eightarc.com and I couldn’t be happier. Best stick I’ve had and feels so good. (no homo) I’ll definately be recommending this product to other people who are on the lookout for an already dual-modded stick. I’ve played probably about 20-30 hours on it so far and have noticed no issues, just bad inputs on my end, haha.
I want to mod it so bad though. 
I may replace the pearly white buttons for clear blue/red ones in the future after my warranty’s expired.
I live here in NY as well and just bought mine today. Might I say, your Q4 is looking very SEXY. Good job
