i dont know how you didnt see a framerate drop, it literally almost goes to 0. i can fire up the game and record some shit an put it on youtube. it is running off the same hardware so i dont know why it would run better on yours unless you were doing a lot less fighting. it is fun but technically it is fucking awful. no one ever played team adam grab, like i got one game of that in and thats it. i just played capture the sister. i am also not sure how you got to lvl 40 before i did because i can see the time played and your average adam per match and my average is significantly higher than yours but it took me longer. i thought that was interesting. what was your highest adam attained in one match? i got 1850, shit was hot.

Straight-up, you’re the only person I’ve heard from that has experienced that. I play team adam grab daily (it’s either that or civil war), with near to zero framerate dips at all. The game is not flawless by any means, but I’m really questioning if something is wrong with your system or something, the way you’re describing it.
edit: the more I think about your issue, the more it sounds like network connectivity problems. I’ve had connection interruptions that caused the game to “freeze” - i.e., my inputs would not be read - and also caused me to be unable to find games at first, but when I reconfigured my router the problems were both resolved…
just picked up my copy og yakuza 3, that i had pre ordered. But i remember a trailer i saw that said if you pre ordered at gamestop i was supposed to get some DLC i think it was like costumes or something i forget. can anyone confirm this> if so im gunna give them a call and tell them to read the code over the phone for me

there is some sort of DLC code with it, yes. I think they are suppose to put it on the receipt. Have them scan it again. There is a thread about it on gamefaqs.
Just got my copy of Yakuza 3 and preordered RoF. Have them both ordered on Amazon cause they are $10 cheaper (after taxes). When my amazon order comes it, I will just take back that copy to the stores I got it from.

@Rampage: Yep, this is most likely the case.
I put in an hour or so of play time after I reached rank 40 as well. I didn’t start figuring out how to beast properly until rank 28-30ish, where I saw people in normal ADAM Grab, not team ADAM Grab use tactics in which they could keep the Little Sister for the entire ADAM Grab match while rarely losing her to someone else. Once I adopted these tactics and perfected them, I could end ADAM Grab matches in anywhere from 4-8 minutes, no joke.(You only need to hold the Little Sister for 3 minutes, then you win the match. Sometimes people who were significantly less skilled would chill in the same server, so I would constantly rack up wins.) So even though I have an overall less average ADAM than you, I was winning and ending matches A LOT quicker than you in whatever other modes you were chilling in. When you win an ADAM Grab with barely any kills, you typically get a little over 800 ADAM. I was averaging 800-1200 once I became GDLK at ADAM Grab, though I think my average is mid-700 something from using scrub tactics from rank 1-30and fucking around in different modes. Rank 20ish was when I started to play ADAM Grab exclusively, though I was rarely winning matches early on, but was able to hold the Little Sister for a decent amount of time netting me a good amount of ADAM usually. The most I got was 2k+, maybe even close to 3K though that was from using Tonic’s after getting rank 40 which give you a shitload of extra ADAM once you use them in a way that you get that 200-500+ ADAM award system thing.
Let me know if you want to play some ADAM Grab, HeaT. You too, Rampage. I gotta show you guys this shit in motion. You guys will then see how I ranked up so damn fast. Rank 30-40=#1 everytime, 4-8 minute matches, tops.

lol yeah I’ve been tempted to go with the spring jump (“Leg Up”? or something like that), aero dash and winter blast, but I just have way too much fun with BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! 
I find that I tend to hit people with bees, then aero dash away from them; I have a blast making the game difficult for myself by trying to simply survive instead of killing people while holding the lil’ sister lol
Then again, the most that I’ve gotten so far in regards to adam per match was like, 1k or so.

I’m curious…where do you live so I can report this GS that is gyping you? Tekken 6 on release was 59.99 as it would be anywhere else since that’s the suggested retail price. Any changes to that price is usually only like a few cents off which is a general practice that Wal-Mart does every so often unless of course the game is on sale. Borderlands 64.99? LOL Who jacked up the price 10 bucks?

Are there any repairment options for a yellow-lighted PS3? Looks like a friend’s had a bad FW update.
So my mom wants to upgrade her Blu-ray player, and I convinced her that instead of spending $250 on another one, just spend the extra $50 and get a new gaming console for her as well. Still trying to look for some games for her, she was really big into Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon. Anybody know of any other games similar to those for PS3? o.O
We’ve called every store that we can in the local area, and there’s no PS3’s to be found. Just called Best Buy and they said that they’re getting some tonight, and they’ll be available tonight or tomorrow if they get them on the shelves in time. Except there’s only one problem…
They’re in a 53’ long truck that’s being unloaded, and they don’t know which boxes they’re in. Yay. I love FFXIII and all, but it seems that it’s put a MAJOR rush on PS3’s right now.

it’s packaged in the game, I just picked up my copy and before I left the guy opened it up to double check. So I don’t think it’s actually for preorders as much as it’s for the first run of games or something like that, though I could be wrong.
