Hate to be the bearer of bad news but…mine has crashed/frozen three times on my Slim. Still insanely fun but yeah.
And I can speak from previous experience that “lol” describes Sony’s QA standards fairly accurately. 
Fortunately, all of the issues I was having are gone; just had to stop background downloads while playing :rolleyes:
But yeah, I played for several hours today & it did lock up maybe 2 times, but only when I tried doing something (enter a stage, call a striker) immediately after the game finished loading.
Hah, I thought all the problems with Scott Pilgrim were apart of the game. Like someone forgot to blow on the cartridge, so the sound goes out some times. Guess it actually is a problem.
NO version of SP has online. Might be patched later on.
does scott pilgrim have the same game share issues that final fight has. im game sharing for the first time and i dont want to not be able to play it
Considering you don’t hafta be online to play it, I don’t think it would block you from game sharing it.
Also I’m sure all the people in this thread would have been bitching by now if it was the case.
scott pilgrim should be able to hold me over until castle crashers comes out.

You talking about Final Fantasy Tactics? If you plan on playing on the PSP, then get the PSP UMD version (war of the lions).
So it’s only the PS3 version that doesn’t have online play?

Neither version has online play. PS3 users just got this game early.
Talk about having misinformation spread quickly.
Thankfully I haven’t had any issues at all with SP, but I’ve only played through a couple levels so far before I went overseas. The game is too awesome to pass up.
Online play would have made it even more awesome, but I’m not sure how that would have really worked with the shops and zone portals and whatnot. It could get kind of annoying if people just wanted to be assholes online.
Either way, the game is a blast.
I haven’t been keeping up with the news on it, obviously… I didn’t even know Scott Pilgrim hit PSN early. If neither version has online play, I may as well get it on PSN then.
Of course, the game already has quite a harsh test in that it would have to tear me away from my current Modnation Racers addiction.
nah just planning to get it for my ps3, the psx version on US store. it looks good enough. i played this game a very long time ago on psx but it was japanese.
Then get it. FFT is awesome, it is just that he PSP UMD version has added content (newer classes).
It also has quite a bit of dialogue (seemingly unnecessarily) changed. If you’re not a FFT elitist (for some reason, people seem to think the changes detract from the game), the best way to go is the UMD for sure, though. I just finally finished Jeanne D’arc (was such a damn good game), and started back on FFT War of the Lions and am having a blast. Again.
yeah jean the arc was fucking awesome. i borrowed my cousins psp when i was in another city for 2 weeks and finished the game. i was still busy doing the after game dungeons for those extra items that you can only get after you finish the game. i need to borrow it again to finish it for good. last boss was good in difficulty, but the battles after the game where pretty hard, which is nice actually. most character designs where simple and not my taste, but the game was really good, like rufus.
anybody know where to get those online psn cards where you get the code in your mail as soon as you order? one without credit card, directly from my bank if possible.
I have a japanese ps3 so I have to get a jap psn card to buy stuff right? 
also wheres the best place to buy jap psn cards at?
