ibeatu: Can you get a shot of the underside of your Versus City control panel? I’m curious if it can accept a LS-32 if I wanted to use that instead of a Sanwa stick.

Yeah recommend it if you can find one. It will does VGA from a PC or 360 as long as the res is set to 640x480.
Just wanted to follow up on this for future reference if anyone else runs into any similar issues. Thanks to Tetsuosan and Rugdoctor for their good advice:
Yesterday I tried to swap the link cable to switch the 1p and 2p cabs and found much better results. The cab that was previously 2p was displaying significantly brighter now and the other cab’s monitor still looked great, probably better than it looked in the previous H2H setup. The problem monitor still wasn’t perfect, but looked much better for sure. I also found that the brightness control that usually sits on the chassis was moved to the front side under the control panel, so I wasn’t going crazy after all when I couldn’t find it. I’ll probably do the same for the other cab so that I don’t need to fiddle in the chassis in case I ever need to reach it at some point. I couldn’t find nor am I aware of any kind of secondary control for either cab, however. Do you have any pics on what this would look like?
Either way, the problem doesn’t seem to be the link cable and instead I think I’m just stuck with a monitor that isn’t perfect at this point. It’s not the end of the world for me though, as the picture is more than adequate as far as I’m concerned. I’m much happier now with how the setup looks.
I’m in the middle of renovating the room where these cabs are located, so I’ll post updated pics as soon as I’m done with my changes.

This is my personal setup. Can use this one standing, sitting high, sitting low, and even on the floor.
Wireless 360 controllers were used so Its wireless. Unless I want the lights on. I only have this one hooked to AC power.

Got the 360 and GGPO running well. Still waiting on the seller to ship me the video correction cable. Need to adjust the brightness and Position a bit. After that, this thing will be beastly.

I’ve been looking at this thread for about an hour, jealous of all the beautiful cabinets in here. I’m in the market for a candy cabinet here in Southern California, cant seem to find one for 400-600$, might bite the bullet and pay 800-1000$ if it’s in good shape. Anybody know if a candy cabinet monitor (15/24khz) will play 360 Third Strike Online Edition with oldschool arcade found scanlines? Also, can you dual mod the control panels stick/buttons for a mame machine/360? >.> Oh, and somebody sell me one of these gorgeous cabinets, so jelly.
