full tilt is easily my favorite site.
party and skins was great when they had rakeback but now i like paradise
It depends on the other players and how they tend to playā¦but in general, had everyone checked to me, I would have made some sort of small/medium bet to see where I am, and probably represent the flush. If they all fold, then itās all good. If someone calls, he might be slowplaying it and/or on a draw with an A or K of spades. Even so, as someone mentioned, you have 10 outs and still have the turn and river.
Thatās how I would do it, based on the info you presented.
Random hand from a year ago:
My friend was shortstacked, went all in with 5-6s. I had 4-4, so i called. The board ending being: 5-6-6 5 6 :looney:
thatās the difference between real and fake players
real players feel a sense of loss even when they win with a suckout
cause you get rewarded for a bad play
in the long run, if you keep making those calls, youāre gonna end up losing alot of money
with the information available to me i did not make a bad play. if it will shut you guys up i can analyze the hand two ways, the way i saw it and the way he saw it. by him making a mistake on two streets, he indirectly caused me to make a mistake, had i known what he held. itās comparable to having a bad player make a call with a worse hand then suck out, where the mistake is him calling a bet. instead my hand was a little more complex.
oh and imaginevc, i donāt even know what kind of trip youāre on now. i made a bet not a call, and can you tell me why you think it is wrong or youāre just going to take everyone elseās word for it. keep doing that in life, youāll go far.
OK, I now noticed alot of people at the Play Money side seem to call on any hand. Well, its reasonable since its not real money.
Hell, its also like this on the Play Money tournaments as well, like someone playing 64o and sucking out.
Kinda like playing the CPU on World Championship Poker.
Yeah not many people take play money serious at all and its probably not the best of practice because of that. You should play somewhere that offers micro stake tourneyās/ cash games where youād be suprised how many people play serious.
I know Tricecaa Network (doyleās room, victor chandler etc) offer cash games from $0.02/0.04 and Sit n Goās from like $.10 Very hard to lose any real money and u gain a lot more from it than play money tables.
^^^anyone?
write to the support guys on the site
oh yea, you have to e-mail support. donāt hold me to this, but i heard you have to give them a legit reason as to why you want it closed, you canāt just tell them to close it without explaining yourself, especially if they know/suspect you are using more than 1 account.
I guess I should stop being a dick on pokerstars and getting my chat revokedā¦

Am I crazy for calling that check-raise? I thought it was suspicious. Why leave 1.20 in your stack? Thoughts?
