I have a question whether or not my friendās mentality is right or not. He looks at the odds of certain hands winning and only plays premium hands such as ace ten, queen jack ect ect. He hates it when people play suited connectors such as 2,3 or 8,7 ect. Is what he is sayin right on money tables or is he just rediculously tight?

well itās so dependent on the situation at hand, that thereās no real way to answer your question. there are times to play premium hands and time to play suited connectors as well.
had a good day at the tables today. made 100% back on my buy-in in 3/6 killā¦iām not looking to get rich, i just love playing poker. sometimes, you think you have your hand nailed, so you forget to look at it. i flipped up what i thought was 3 queens, and everyone at the table was like ātry a full houseā, i didnāt notice i had paired up my other cardā¦anyways, bought in for 100 left with 202ā¦
edit: got a nice 5 dollar raise this last week, so iām gonna bump up to 4/8 kill here soon. just need to build my roll up a bit moreā¦
