yep tell me about it
I started playing online with the free $10 from Pacific about 13 months ago. October 04. It took about 3 months to grind that up into $200 so I could start bonus whoring. I had enough right at the start of the new year so Iāve been playing seriously since about then. I quit my job in March. It just stopped being worth it to work that much to make less than I did playing a game. Iāve taken other jobs in the meantime just to keep an employment trail, so that at some point I donāt have to go to a job interview and have someone ask me what Iāve been doing with all this time, but nothing serious. Just for a few hours a week just to keep the trail warm.

Iām thinking of signing up at full tilt partly for the 100% bonus, i havnt took advantage of a bonus before partly because iāve only been playing micro limit tournaments. iāve progressed a little and started playing $1 - $5 9 seat STT. i dont really like playing money games especially limit but hear this is the best way to get the bonuses?
So basically iām just wondering if its gonna be worth signing up playing $1 - $5 STT or will it just take too long to build bonus money?
Correct me if Iām wrongā¦
I think itās 5 tourneys per dollar cleared (If you play ONLY $5 tourneys). So if you deposit $100, itās 500 tourneys to clear.
I donāt think itās worth it.
consider if your winning a tourney u play around 100 hands for 25 bucks
you get around that amount in one hand playing 2/4 limit plus the massive points gained
i guess its pretty obvious what to play
OK thanks for the input.
yo Viscant, iām planning to go to Sycuan on Friday. iāll be there around 10am for a tournament and play live games if i get knocked out early or after the tourney. iām coming there alone, but iām gonna meet a friend of mine there (he played a couple SRK tourneys with us). let me know if ur down to play or we can chill during 2006 spring semester.
havenāt played much poker later too busy with other things, but last night my girl wanted to goto AC so we went and i hit some crazy jackpot on the wheel of fortune slots and won 2k, so i decided to enter the taj 175+25 and won $3500 for 4th
i dunno what everyoneā stalking about real poker is in the casino, more donks there than online IMO
so now my āpassionā for poker is back and currently 5th in chips in the 11+rebuys on stars with 80 left =))
funny what one big cash will do for your self esteem
ah 3rd out of 18, sitting at about 400k with 4k/8k/400 and 170k average
iām taking this one home for SRK =)
ah down to 8 still in 1st
hoping theyāll chop when it gets down to 3 =))
damn got 2nd, for 3k we both had about equal chip stacks, sucks losing $1800 on a coin flip

can someone pm me how to get pokertracker?
hey guys go to poker-edge.com to see something cool. yall may be familiar with pokeredge but there is a cool thing on the main page where you can look for data on yourself from pokeredge. they were kind to me, they just said i need to open up preflop.

Primary Classification: You are neither tight nor loose.
Secondary Classification: You are a Bomb (Aggressive/Aggressive). Your Aggressive play Pre and Post Flop makes the table fear you.
Strengths: Your aggressive nature is your biggest strength. You win many pots on bluffs and semi-bluffs.
Weaknesses: Your biggest weakness is you sometimes lack discipline. Your aggression is unwarranted sometimes. People slowplay or check-raise you because they know you will bet.
Best Advice: Work on your discipline, and you will be a shark.
Haha, I got all 3 of them. My Stars account had me as a rock, Party account had me as a shark and Empire account had me as a bomb.
Anyways, sorry I missed you on Friday, I was up in LA for Thanksgiving. Let me know if you go back any time though.

Yeah, it was a spontaneous thing to go to SD after thanksgiving. :pleased: Live is so boring, yet time flies by so quickly. i heard the tournaments are fun @ Sycuan, so iāll let u know if i come down to SD again for sure. Iāll be down there most likely sometime during the winter break. Hopefully I can learn a thing or 2 from the ālimit masterā

wow, this kind of surprises me. when i first played poker, i played extremely tight. next thing i know, iām neither tight nor loose =(. this is badā¦iām gonna play extra tighter and more aggressive now that i know where i stand. and i RARELY bluff, but i guess i bluff at the right moments. :karate:
i definitely need more discipline. i throw in money so carelessly most of the time. weāll see how it goes.
Ok, itās almost the end of november, and i played a ton of hands. I really need to find a rakeback for my FTP acct.
This is just from november

Now, it doesnāt show on the pic, but the hand i lose the most on (I thought it was a surprise), was J-10 Suited. Followed closesly by Q-J Suited. Now I know Q-J suited isnāt really a good hand, but in the long run is J-10s a hand I should be playing? I try to get in as cheaply as possible and dont call raises with itā¦but Iāve always thought it was +EV in the long runā¦
if you are looking for a creative way to kill someone just have them play microlimit seven stud online. theyāll surely have a brain hemorrhage when an oppenent makes the gutshot straight draw on seventh street while everyone else had trips showing.
so Poker Tracker can be found on Torrents??? i might as well buy a poker tracker if not.
