seriously we are gonna need nicknames for some of these new pokemon, they’re just ridiculous :lol:

for those still playing on metagame G4, there’s some updates/revamps on smogon for tons of UU/NU pokemon worth taking a look at.

They put f-a-g in the middle of a Pokemon name? That won’t end well. I expect some sort of change.

Serperior is a nice name though. Edit- n/m, that might not be part of the official reveal. Kinda disappointed that they changed Wargle.

Found a list of the other US names. Not sure if it’s all official yet, although it does sync with what’s known and what was currently posted to IGN (hence my edit above).

dude, dageki and nageki have the worst US names EVER in my opinion. sawk and throh? seriously??? i wish they would’ve kept their japanese names for real. jesus christ

Oh dear…

IMO at least the judo Pokemon got the better name (I’m a fan of Judo). I strongly agree that they should’ve kept their Japanese names. For example Makuhita/Hariyama’s Japanese names (Makunoshita/Hariteyama) are close to their English ones. Hell Munna (the Pokemon with the pink smoke coming out of its forehead) kept its Japanese name. :xeye:

I would be playing B/W next weekend if it weren’t for two factors.

GS guy took my Visa giftcard and used more than I said for him to use on my MvC3, therefore I don’t have enough money for my Black order
My flashcart “getting lost in transit” and me not going to be able to use the refunded money because I don’t have the card that I ordered it on anymore.

I guess I’ll get it in a few months.
